I have try to book a ticket from London to delhi but it's not booked and my booking amount also deducted from my account. Please do needful at the earliest for remit my amount.

I tried booking two tickets from Chennai to Nanguneri, it's not booked but the booking amount got deducted from my account. Please do the needful at the earliest for remit of my amount.

My PNR (Airline) No is LY8WJG Spice Jet SG-561 New Delhi to Kochi date of Journey 20th August 2017. My Trip id is 17081063036. Actually the flight was cancelled due to the technical problem. Airlines Authority informed me that they refund the full amount on my booking. As you know two tickets PNR No. X9Z87Z & J46FKY WAS CANCELLED THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE. The Spice jet authority asked me to contact your for refund. Please process my request at the earliest and do the needful.

I have been receiving OPT numbers for bookings from ur website using my credit card details. On 17/11 it was for 14820 rs at 5.49 & on 20/11 it was for 72489.@11.20. Please checkk who is trying. It is by Citi Bank card.

I was booked flight ticket as on 7th December 2017 through clear trip for the date of 10th January 2018 from Bangalore to Mumbai & return journey from as on 13th January 2018 from Pune to Bangalore & for the same amount debited from account was Rs.4385/- but tickets was booked due to some technical problem, & for the same cancelled tickets in return I didn't get any confirmation email & refund also, so please help to get my amount reflect in my account as soon possible.

I had booked roundtrip from Bangalore to Pune on Wednesday 6th dec 2017. Ticket was for 7th Dec 2017.
I did payment online for more than 10000 Rs. Air fare got debited from my account but ticket did not get booked/confirmed. Just a message was there transaction failed. Amount will be credited to you in 24 hours or 36 hours. Its been 5 days but still amount is not credited to my account. Please provide me the same.

I have booked two tickets from goa to chennai dated 04.01.2018 however i have not received confirmation email or sms for the same. Amount of INR 987 has been deducted from my account.. request to please credit the same back to my account. Also note that your customer care call service requires the trip id details however same is not received by us.

Payment of Rs 5,172 made to day, that is, on 22/1/2018 through credit card could not be processed due to server error. What should I do?

Unfortunately the cleartrip do not have any contact point to address the grievances and complaints of the customers. The tele number shared on the portal is asking for trip ID which was never issued in my case where booking failed and credit card account is debited. I request you to please.
1. Share the contact details where customer can contact you in case of such failures.
2. Confirm booking of my ticket / refund the amount as Jet airways confirmed that no such booking has happened on line.

Last year (2016) I had purchased more than 50 tickets from cleartrip where my own ticket was more than 30. Is there any from cleartrip.

I tried booking tkt in name of BINA AGRAWAL from DELHI to Kolkata and Kolkata to Delhi on 22-04-2018. Amt Rs.12712 was deducted on 19-042018 at 09:24:41 hrs.from my CANARA BANK credit card In the Name of Naveen Kumar Agrawal , but booking was not communicated. None of your customer care number are available for communication. Urgently revert what to do next.

Do cleartrip does also have zero cancellation fee policy for domestic flights?
