Not getting all channels
Hello, I m ragini here. My Hathaway set top box card no. Is 0000 3369 0462. Address is 258 ADICHUNCHANAGIRI BLOCK RMP COLONY YELWALA MYSORE - 571130. Only some channels are coming in my cable. All hindi channels, music channels, news channels are not coming since 17 days. I have complained many times but no body take any action. Even my cable operator also not attending the call. His no is 9449775539. Please take the actin immediately. I m very upset for ur like that behavior. U r not done ur duty properly.
Hathway set of box activation service
Dear sir,
I am a new customer of hathway service, and I had purchased the hathway cisco set top box by paying rs. 1200 from the local dealer store. I had purchased it through one of yours dealers, who collected the cash and delivered/tuned in the set top box .They will give sale this set of box with out activation, after that I visit a my local cable operator he said to me where we're u purchased this set of box they will activate this set of box. I had purchased this set of box before 15days, in this days I was trying activate this set of box, I called customer hathway customer service they did not give proper information regarding this set of box. They give another customer service number when I m check in my phone cal history I got many hathway customer service number, apart from this I send so many mails to hathway helpdesk customer service. They will forward my mail to me without any reply or any resolution.
What the hell have u been done to yours customer, this is the worst service hathway providing to yours customer, if u don't have this service why u sailing this set of boxes. I am helpless rest what can I do if they will not support to me, I throw this set of box to dustbin. L understand that there are many cheated hathway customers like me and this has been admitted openly by them. If u have any resolution regarding this service issue.. My friend has given the set up box from some scrap dealer.... which I want to activate neither cable operator is helping or customer care.
