I am using Jiofi 2 with the handset of Microsoft Lumia 430 & for what I can't make any phone calls due to absence of the apps of Jio. So it's my humble request that is to create some app for Microsoft users also to make calls like other android handsets. People can make calls and texts even after using Jio indirectly through the router then why not me? Please update the apps in store for Microsoft also. it will be grateful if I can be a part of Jio Voice 4G like others.

Hi, this is siddu (Jio customer). In our town there are 300+ Jio customers. But there is no jio tower, many of us done recharge with 99 & 309 but there is no use of it. so please arrange Jio tower as so as possible. This is a humble request.. address khairagarh dis rajnandgaon form cg.

I am deepak, i use mobile redmi note4. In the first set of mobile jio sim is installed & idea sim is installed in second slot. Both of them are sim 4G. When i try to run the net in idea sim select it and run the net them. Why do you go to jio sim network? What is the problem. I can know what is this issue ???

Hi, since I am student I got Jio in Vijayawada where I am studying when I come to my home village MACHERLA near Guntur. there is no network it became a major problem for all of us. Since there is no network all the students are shifted to other telecom networks like Airtel, BSNL where the signals here are high but they are not providing network as fast as u. So please take this as a request to setup a network here. I hope u will do.

On June 3 I recharged with 309 Rs but my call is not connecting to other number just it disconnecting the call with in few seconds automatically. pls solve this issue.

I am unable to make any call on my jio no. I have just recharged a week before and am facing this problem. Even your customer service no. can't be reached.

My phone is 2g 3g and i use jio through my Jio Fi 3. First i use for 1 weeks jio 4g voice with no problems. then when my phone storage full then i clear data of jio 4g voice. From that time jio 4g voice says you are not allowed to use jio 4g voice on this device. contact jio care for further details.

I have recharged my Jio number 7006609522 with Rs 303 but due to technical fault this recharge does not show at your end. But my balance has been deducted immediately after recharge. Now my complaint has been resolved at your end but refund amount is still pending. So I request you to kindly adjust my resolved recharge of rs 303 in my source bank account or in my number. So that I could not suffer more in this regard. That is your most kindness.

I have recharge 408 for prime in my old jio no.7016048924 date 20/5/3017 but till today it's not activated in my jio no. I complaint about it many time in jio customer care but they not solve my problem. please activate jio prime and Internet.
