Milton's all product like melamine, house hold glassware, thermoware etc. are distribute in gorakhpur, UP by only one distributor kindly market different product thru different distributor. This will help shop owners selling such products life easier by making sure a single distributor wont be able to dictate his wrong terms with us.

I bought a 1 lit thermo steel milton flask. But within one month the steel cap has cracked. I went to replace it but the dealer said he cant help as the crack is not due to manufacturing defect. This is not a good customer service and has shaken my believe in Milton's claim of high quality goods.

I purchased a thermosteel clearsteel junior insulated casserole gift set on 23/06/2015 from unit tun canteen of CSD at Bangalore. when I started using I found that all the three casseroles did not retain heat even for one hour.I stored items like rice, semi solid items and liquids in very hot conditions for four five days. I am sorely disappointed that the purpose of my purchase has not been served. I will be happy if you can replace this with your CASINO ULTRA GIFT SET (3 PCS). I am willing to pay difference in MRP if any.

I had purchased a flask 1 ltr before 10 days but it was a leaking. how I can replace the same.

I purchased 2.2 L milton flask press and release on 9/6/2017.it is not working properly. I gave complaint to customer care on 17/6/2017.they said within 48 hrs the service person will contact us. Till today no i have not received any call. what should i do? suggest me.

I have purchace 500ml water bottle on 13-8-2017. It is not working properly. Flask not open properly.

Hot water gets cold in 4 to 5 hours, whereas it is written that It can keep for 24 hours. please look into it and if some defect kindly get it replaced.it is tarnishing company's reputation. My mobile no is 07839365090. I am from lucknow, U.P.

I am Dhaval Parekh your customer. I bought new Milton Rio 1000, 6 PCs set from local shop. It good but I have complain that bottle cap broken from the top side within 1 month that will facing lots of problems. So I request to you please change design of cap. I am also send few pic's for your reference.i need lead for bottle. Otherwise I have to buy new set for my home.

Our Elite spin mop rod is not working neither is the dryer, pls get it checked soon.

More then 5 months is over, no body had contacted me till date, being I am a Sr. Advocate Delhi High Court, also Secretary Bar Association in Delhi High Court, so it is strictly informed to you that within 48 hours; Thermosteel Bottle 1.0 Ltr must be changed at any cost, without any arguments.

If, within 48 hrs matter is not solved a suit had been filed to your company in Consumer Court (Delhi High Court Authority) This is for your information.

I have purchased Milton 5 ltr jug in air force canteen kanpur on 02/02/18 and jug was leakage problem. I approached canteen staff for change he told me after coming stock I will change item but jug was not come till date. He said jug was through customer service care. What is the solution now?

I had purchased the Metallic Milton Bottle from Spencer's Great Value Mall Aligarh, where I kept the hot milk at night, which got spoiled after 2-3 hours, so much of this big company has seen such a bad product. Please tell me what I have to do. The bill is also lost.
