i have submitted my cell phone (as the system was not workng - and it was on guarantee period) in micromax service center B.R.Services Lajpat Nagar on 24.12.2016. On checking Iwas advised to wait for one hour to ascertain whether it could be set right immediately or could be deposited for repair. After one n half hour my mobile was given back to me after signing the documents. The mobile is still working fine.

I bought yu yuphoria phone on 5 dec 2016 then it was damage ....and i gave it customer care they replace motherboard and gave me back in 30 days. Then aftr 1 day the touch of mobile do not do work then i gave back and still it is in care and they dont gave any alternative mobile to use . From 2 months my phone in care.... please do fast otherwise gave me another set to use.

Only in 5 months Yu 5530 mobile battery is damaged. Customer care not helping regarding this and it is in warranty.

I have YUREKA A05510 that handset not support when net offline. Please tell me this handset support the offline calling in future. Please reply me intimidate please.

But mobile not working properly and secondly deposited the same phone on 18/10/2017 and received back on 10 days. But the mobile not working properly till date neither show the property time nor show the Sim card. always message received by mobile that phone is switched off by other phones. if your unable to solve my problem, I go to court regarding this complaint because I have meet to many time Mr nishu wide his mobile number 9999772626.

I'm not getting Android update, my yu yureka plus (yu5510a) still working on KitKat from last two years. At the time of purchase company mentioned about the update lollipop (5.1). But phone is still working on KitKat.

This is to inform you that I have purchased Yu Yureka 05510 model two months back (second-handed). From the purchase onwards I am facing lot of problems in it like battery draining, not able to update latest updates, downloading and installing some important applications like Whatsapp, Share it, Parallel Space etc.
and the o.s is still under Kitkat Android Version 5.0.2.

I think some applications require latest updates like Android version Lolipop. Some times whatsapp is working and sometimes it is not working. But I am receiving notification to update whatsapp and I am not able to update it. Also I am not able to root it.

I request you to look into this matter immediately and do the needful to use the mobile continuously.

R/s. sir last two days my whatsapp not not working properly, message display " Unfortunately whatsapp has stopped". Software newly install two time last two days and new battery also installed in my yureka plus but till now message display the same. Whatsapp not working properly.
