I ordered an Globalite Combo of 3 casual shoes GSC0461_307_305 sneakr(size 10). i received different material of two shoes in size -12 and one shoe of Size-9, wrong material. i require the correct material as soon as possible. i dont want the cash back to amazon account. i want the correct ordered material. unsatisfied with the service given. i have ordered more number of shoes but this material was no proper package damage and wrong material received, kindly return the correct material. contact number-9791670342.

I have ordered an item yesterday through amazon. I made the payment also. Money got deducted from my account.But after some time it shows like payment had been declined,I didn't receive my refund yet.I tried to reach customer care as well,but no response from them. Please look into this issue and do the needful.

Very bad quality and service. Need to return but no info abt that. From where how to return. Which add need to return. Waste of time & money.

I have not taken Amazon Prime membership.Today USD 10.99 has been charged to my credit card with out authorisation. Bank allowed this transaction with a cautionary note. This amount be refunded to me. Even Amazon app notifies that I am not a Amazon Prime member.-B N P Azad.

I ordered four t-shirts. it was a pathetic product also I m looking for the refund of one product which I did not ven received. But your customer care is not not getting thru.. I m waiting for ur call back.

I had placed an order for a book and in my order summary the delivery charges were subtracted and not applicable as it showed free delivery on the website. However, when the package reached the amount in the invoice included delivery charges while still in the order summary the delivery charges have not been added. As usual I am unable to contact customer care through the mentioned number. Why to mention free delivery at all if the charges are applicable? This leads to a discrepancy in the procedure as well as during payment. I request you to please take note of this.
