I have booked Flight on 20 Mar 17 from Kolkata to Port Blair with wife and baby below 2 years. please tell me the baggage allowance. How much luggage of weight I can carry.

On the 3rd of May, i took (UK933) a flight from Delhi to Mumbai. On checking in i was asked to sign the tags they attach to your suitcase. i believed i was asked to sign that because i asked for the fragile tag. on arrival when i picked up my suitcase from the belt the lock on it was missing and the suitcase was just hanging on from springing open at any moment. though nothing was missing in it, well i was hoping they would compensate for it. but to my surprise i was told that since i signed those tags the company was now not responsible for the damages.

From when i checked in the suitcase till i picked it up from the arrival belt, the suitcase was in the companies care and the ground staff on the arrival area was cheeky enough to try and get into an argument with me and telling me that i am at fault. More so i did not like the fact that the staff member at this point rage on my behalf was getting back to me as a gali wala. Anyway my advice is that if u travel without luggage when traveling with vistara.

I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Guwahati on 10 SEP 2017 with PNR no. W7S7E3 and ticket no. 228-5664033159. But I'm not able to check my ticket for print out.
