I am from vill. Majri bhanda post- Rajwara Thsil- Mundawar dist.-Alwar state-Rajasthan. This area jio network is not available so many person and me. Face of many troubles for use this jio sim in many days and there is not jio network & not jio tower. So please solve my problem soon.

I am prime customer, Since last 8 day i face the problem about net speed (0.10 KBPS), many time i call to call centre but no problem is still there. my JIO No is 8780602373.

I have a jiofi when i connect it to my 3g phone, useing Jio 4g voice.... OTP can not send to my airtel alternative number.

First also my jio was recharged but not got the complimentary offer now also recharged and not got please help.

Service of this company is fine but the only issue I have is that 1 GB per day is sufficient for us but sometimes urgent extra 4g net is needed and we are not able to do anything. I just want to request for extra emergency stock for need .. as i somtimes dnt even use 200 mb per day it's just my feedback. I dnt know if it's right or wrong but I hope u understand me.. try to work this problem out if u think it's worth your time or ignore it.

My data connection speed is very slow it about 50kb/sec. I was already complain on this matter 6-8 time but no response.

I recharged my Jio no with 509 RS but not getting proper speed as told by Jio company and I am getting so much messages for another recharge of RS 309. It is disturbing me a lot. Another problem is when I call anyone, I always face voice problem.voice never comes clear

I've lossed my 1gb in the early morning. But there is no way to loss the data that much. I just used 4g voice call app to call only. I dont know how it is. However you may please take a immediate action about this . Hope you help me soon.

I was using jio services so fairly till the date as given by you. i.e upto 15 april. And after that, I had recharged it by Rs.99 on 30th march and Rs.309 on 23rd april, but after that the service is not responding a little bit.

I was persuaded by my friend who is running JIO gallery at Goregaon West (Karan Investments). He explained and convinced me that I should port my MTNL Dolphin number 9869414142. Accordingly on 22nd April request to port was made. On 24th I got a call from MTNL when I explained about their poor signal quality and huge bill slapped on me and hence confirmed my desire to port the number to JIO

On25th afternoon my dolphin number 9869414142 got disconnected showing NO SERVICE. When I installed the new sim card provided by JIO, surprisingly did not have my number and a new jio number started functioning. This is unacceptable to me. I must get my original number 9869414142.

When I contacted Customer Care situated at Ashokraj Building, he flatly refused to entertain my problem.

I am now cut off from all my contacts as my number 9869414142 is coming switched OFF.

Please can some one look into this serious problem and detect as to where things have gone wrong and restore my number at the earliest.

I just want to ask the company that when they will stop free services of customer.. because some people are getting more days of free services and some are not getting. I have done recharge and my friend doesn't and my free services has been stopped from 4 days and his free services is still continue.

I have recharged my jio number and do not got any profit yet. When talk to customer care executive once he tell to wait 5 minutes than after I talk to another one. second time he said me to switch off or on device and use but I can't got any solution after this. I call on third time he tell me that you have to switch off your device and then call to other number and after this again switch off and on your device and you will got solution. I don't get any solution after this I again call this time he tell me same idea but I told him that I done this then he say their is system updates wait. after this I call again and this time lady say I put your request for activation wait and I want to complain against those then she tell me this about care@jio.

I want to complain against those persons who made me fool and I have to suffer a lot because I have BP problems and shortly temper loose problem. I also want to say it's my first day of recharge with jio and suffers a lot. so I only say that jio has a very low Value executives and low poor service and take action against them and notify me about my complaint.

Net is very slow in my no.7003346651,as I have recharged Rs.99 plus Rs303. Updation is not yet done in my mobile no.
