I had ordered the above product under order No. 407-4992273-5548308 and it arrived under AWB 111115794354 dated 12th Dec 2016.

The product is as B standard. The strings are not even because of faulty mechanism. One string is taut while others are slack and hang loose. Please have it picked up from the address delivered to as I want to return it. Kindly effect full refund.

I have purchased the single door refrigerator on 13-7-2016 the refrigerator was not working properly it was nor possible for me to make complaint to the authorities service centre as their was unrest in Srinagar from last 5 months when I make complaint to the service centre under no. JAM0812160031 they visited many times but not was done now they told me that the compressor is not working we have to replace it.I don't want this refrigerator I want this refrigerator ti be replaced. I don't want to accelerate this issue to the next level.

I have ordered cello casseroles for Rs. 501, and mistake I have paid twice the amount Rs. 501. I got one set of casserole through courier. I want refund of Rs. 501 back.

my order for THE CITY OF DJIN (ID 407-6300960-8014767) refers. After making the payment and confirmation from you, Amazon has unilaterally cancelled my order without giving any specific resons! This is not i suppose a good business ethics to follow by an internationally recognized company.How can you take a customer for a ride like this? I am totally disappointed! I had bought a stroncium 16 gb micro sd card on 31st march 2017.I found it damaged on the next day i had placed a replacement request and it showed me return /Replacement label and also that an amazon representative will contact me on 2nd april 2017 between 11am to 2 pm but no one has came.
"I request you to please replace my memory card fastly".

I am not able to connect 1800 3000 9009 from BSNL mobile or land line. This number is accessible only from other services. I have wasted lot of time dialing from bsnl. why this information is not communicated to customers. This type of service will be a black mark for Amazon.

I ordered a Samsung printer, with tracking id - 934284113. Without giving notice by phone my order was refused. When i contacted Bhilai Amazon office in Chhattisgarh they too told its fault of delivery boy. I have your payment ready, plz send the printer.

I ordered an Asus laptop on 30 April 2017 through Amazon Prime to be delivered by 2 May 2017. After waiting till that date I kept calling the delivery agent whose number was provided against my order on 2 May 2017.But the number was switched off. The order did not arrive the entire day. Next day my Amazon account was said that delivery was attempted which was untrue since I did not receive any call. Several calls to the customer service from my end ensued and I was not promised any delivery date. Even the executives were not ready to accept that it was their fault and advised me that I better cancel the order if I have so much problem. I needed the product on an urgent basis and had already paid for it through my Debit Card. Naturally, I was worried. I have been calling the customer service for 3 days now but every time they say that it is out for delivery.

On 4 May 2017, my account update read that a delivery attempt was made and that the customer had rescheduled the appointment which was a surprise to me since I can not consciously remember getting any call or message or any other kind of communication. Is this a joke? It is 5 May today and still there is no news of my ordered product. I will not only stop vising the site but will make sure that my friends and family rejects this disgusting site too.

I am a regular customers of Amazon India since four years back and till date. However, I am very disappointed with Amazon India in respect of Order Id 403-4357446-1250738 relating to non-refund of the cost paid by me for non-delivery of HP V510m 16GB OTG Pen Drive, as promised by Amazon on January 2017 through an email from customer care service. Any advice what steps I should take next?
