I purchased CRI pump on july 2014. There were some problem observed and because of that, I Registered a complaint 24th July 2015. Service engineering comes (August 2015), saw the problem and give its comments at OK but problem remains the same. Then I called the service engineer and he replied that if you want your pump to repair, then you have to visit our service centre otherwise we don’t repair the pump.

Then I called Area Manager (Rudrapur) Mr. Rajkumar and Sunil kumar (Area manager, Ghaziabad) but reply was same. Now condition is that I am not able to run my pump and problem remains the same. Requested you to please check the problem and give us a suitable reply.

My CRI water pump is under warranty but service center people are asking for money. My mob. 9462226555.

I purchased a New cri deep well pump 3 days ago. But it is not working now, I dont no what is the problem first it used to work nicely. Tell me what is the problem.

We have purchased CRI 2HP Submersible pump set on 18/05/2016, now it is fault from 09-04-2017. Authorized dealer delaying to attend the complaint though it is in warranty. I bought one CRI make compressor pump model BC 15/S, 1.5 HP pump sl no.15213 F00364 (asper the warranty slip), on 12/03/2015 from Your retailagent M/S. Gomathi agencies , Linghi Chetty street, vide bill no. 2381 dt.12/03/15. As I commissioned I found the noise was not normal and complained the agent and he sent your authorized service personnel One Ananada krishnan from M/S. Diamond electricals, Villivakkam, Chennai. He said the noise is normal so far the pump is lifting water it is OK. But Though bir apprehensive I was unable to do any thing against authorised service personnel and when I rangup to Sri.Saravanan of M/S. Gomathi agencies, he also maintained the same. Now two months back during month of march compressor fan blade has broken. Since by that time warranty period was over no help was extended except to identify me the source of procurement of spare for which I have to travel from city to my suburb Tambaram where only fan blade was available. I bought the fan and requested your agent to send the service peronel to fix it. It was done after repeated pressure.

Now as the noise was increasing day bay day, as I am leaving abroad I requested your agent to send me a service personal but after repeated pressure for nearly a week it was attended and they charged me Rs.3850/- towards replacement of all the bearings of both the compressor and the motor and also showed me the broken bearing.

I am electrical Engineer by profession and am retired Dy.CME from Chennai Port Trust, and have wast experience in rotating machines . If the fault would have been attended properly by an expert service personnel either at the time of commissioning when I first complained or at the time replacing the compressor fan blade, I would have been spared from the mental agony at the juncture of departure to abroad. Also I need not have to spent so much amount just in two years of service of your equipment as I am sure have been supplied with defective equipment.

Now I request them to reimburse expenses incurred by me for being supplied with a defective equipment leave alone the mental agony, as I have spend totally Rs 5400/- so far towards maintenance with in two years for pump the total cost of which is Rs.18800/-including tax.

I have purchased submersible water pump at Vasavi Enterprises Koti on 11-02-2017, it was not working for last week, i have approched to service center at Lingampally, they have taken for repair, after 3 days also it was not repaired and arrange, know we do not have water for construction work and our entire labour are waiting. Kindly resolve immediately.

I bought a 1.5 HP pumpset and several times it showed complaints. About four months ago following the non working of the pumpset I called your technitian (whose mobile No.is 9961363696) and he sent another person named Mr. Johnson to me (Mobile No.9895460642). Mr.Johnson took the pump set to his working place at Ernakulam and after some days he gave back the same saying the set was OK and charged Rs.3500/- as the service charge. But when erected the pumpset to a 230 Ft. well the same was not operational. Again the same was taken to Mr. Johnson at my cost.He promised me to set right the all things and he would erect the same in my premises.But there were no knowledge of the pumpset for one and a half month. After repeated calling for days and weeks 2 days ago he gave the pumpset to my office without erecting the same in my premises as he promised. Arranging another person the was erected to the well today but again the same is not working.When called Mr Johnson to inform the matter he was very indifferent and not in a friendly manner.

I would like to bring your kind notice on your defective pump which I have brought for my hostel on 1st September 2017 from a supplier in siliguri via Invoce no. LNL/GST/133. From the very next month the pump start giving problems. For the first problem I have called customer service no and one service Engineer had attended the pump and it start working but after 3 months later the capacitor of the pump get burnt. The same has been replaced but unfortunately it has again breakdown in this month. From September to till date it has 5 break downs, I think your product has a severe manufacturing fault. Your pump has 1 year warranty but it didn't work properly for more than 2 months. kindly replace this pump with new one as this pump has some problem. If not exchanged than i have to take further help of consumer forum.

2 weeks ago i bought a pump VIRAT 525H and i fixed it today. when i start pump and when open test valve pump giving good flow but when its close that water is not going up. the head is 15 mtr with 5 elbows.

Back up 1 hp self prime pump is working perfect that mean my discharge line is clear. Please suggest me what to do.

I had horrible experience after buying this cri submersible pump after buying from Anil agencies on 4th sep 2018 the pump couldnt draw water the next i complained in toll free no as well in Anil Agencies the service man came evening and said motor winding fault it will take two or three to rectify and you have to pay fo that. I asked him repair immediately as it is brandnew and told to give next day itself. Next day service man (Baskaran Elect service Lakishipuram)) called me and asked me to pay 2500 for winding service then what is use of warranty that next day of purchase. Its like cheating the customer i will never go for your products in my life worst experience i had please dont say we are giving warranty.

I purchased one CRI Submersible pump of 1.5 HP(19 stage) in May 2017. In starting months it was working good but from last few months its Trip in high current ( 30 amp). Pump taken out and trial taken out side in a drum full of water and took 9 amps only. Again it put back in the boring and started and found trip again taking high current. Same taken out from water and send to service center and found nothing wrong with pump. Now advise came that during starting, hold the green start push button for 5 to 10 second. This way pump start even after every two trips.

Please look in to this mater as this is not good condition for any pump to take high current and trip two to three times during every start.

With their advise I lodged a complaint to your toll free number. But the service person (Sunny from Chenganacherry, mobile number 082815 00620) came only on 12th monday, checked it and said on tuesday he would repair it and give me back. Also he took the warranty claim coupon from me. I have been calling since then and asking him why he is not giving me back my pump after that tuesday. Today Morning (19/11/2018) again I called him. Then he started shouting, teasing and used so many abusive words over the phone.

Me, being the father of a church was stunned to hear such words from a service person and asked him many times to be calm and settle my problem. But he was not ready to listen. At night by 7pm he came home and said pump is ok. I pleaded him to fix my pump. But then he started again shouting and mocking. I dont know whether my pump is working or not.

Its been more than a week now we have been struggling with this issue. Also I tried over your toll free number to communicate this, but the line is not getting connected to an associate at you end.

I have made 4-5 complaints in last 6 months since purchase. Pressure pump keeps on making noise after every 20-25 seconds, though there is no leakage of water. Technician from Dushyant Electricals keeps coming, they say that it will not happen again and in next 2-3 days it again start making noise.

They have changed lock too still the issue is not fixed. It has been 2 days since I have lodged complain still no technician has visited or called.

CRI pump has a very bad service and its not at all satisfactory. Please change the pressure pump as already many changes have been made and its defective & worthless.

We are purchase CRI sewage submerge PUMP on 26/9/2018. Now in pump impeller was damaged. So required it. We are search so many shop not response. In your authorized dealer reply no stock in my area. So we kindly arranged spare to rectify that pump.

I purchased above said pump 1 HP s no.15019411093 From Ateli Mandi on 2 July 2020, Dist. Mohindergarh (Hr.). Now pump not running causes some smoke during first running. Your toll free no. not getting, always busy or close circuits. pump is at Dist. Jhunjhunu (Raj) H.Q. Please arrange to rectify the fault accrued or do a replacement.

There was a problem with the pump and your service center in Jaipur charged Rs 1400.00 for this. After 2 months again same problem occurred in the same pump. I lodge complain again but till date nobody came to attend the problem.

I have purchased motor on 9/12/19. It is not working well, the pressure is very low. Water level is only at 80 feets still water is very less. Your dealer Patel & Company are avoiding our complain. please tell them to remedy our problems.
