Bt 1 problem the major problem of our Area BATAYAR, AALI KADAL SRINAGAR JAMMU AND KASHMIR here is not any kind of network provider in our area thats y the network in our in very very low. Please i humble request to please solve our problem.

I many times called the complaint number they given the date time by time. After very long time around 4Months couple of days before ua worker said me better is if u complain in there. so plzzz V have the space available for u i mean for a the JIO TOWER if u want that vill also help u. I have recharged Rs 303 but confirmation messages did not send by the jio team mobile no 7992374351 order no 3040805173 date 7 April. so my return my money in paytm account.

On 7th of april, I recharged my jio number 8839388401 with transaction id 621007685166 from jio money app.... The money got deducted from jio money app but still my recharged was not accepted... I don't get any confirmation message for that recharge nor in my jio app. Kindly look into my matter plz.

Rs 99 recharged for jio prime membership, Rs 149/ for 28 days from 1st April on 09 march. secondly i received a message recharge Rs 303 and get additional 90 days .After recharging i received message for 28 days. my validity must be forwarded 90 days from 29 April 17. After several times and hours your costumer care contacted but his answer is not satisfactory. Your jio free service was up to 31 march 2017, after that as per your message i recharge Rs 99, 149, & 303. i think i have cheated on your false offer.

I'm from northeast. I have got worth problem in my data internet and network problem, before went jio prime have not made at that time it was good to use but now it became worse. Now, I don't like to use jio because of this problem. If you kindly fix this problem then I will continue to use jio. I have already recharge rs. 99 & 303. My JIO No. is 883 962 6010. I paid Rs.303/- to activate jio summer surprise offer on 07.04.2017 on POS Reliance JIO at Reliance JIO txn# IU5267739747 through my debit card. But my account is still showing Nil balance.

Recharge of my jio no with paytm on 6/4/2017 through BILLDESKutil order # 25267830595 and wallet txn ID 8755404386 of rs 303.money was deducted immediately but recharge not yet done. my request no in jio customer care is SR 00000807JP. please solve the query and do needful.

Respected Sir, I would like to draw your attention to the topic mentioned above that on 8th of April I have recharged with Paytm for 303 Jio plan but due to heavy inflow of recharges by huge number of users of jio, it wasn't successful..I also tried to contact the customer service associates but multiple attempts I was not successful in getting touch with the associate. Further I have recharged from the Jio retailer..

Today when I have contacted the Jio associate Miss Yasha Agarwal around 10:44 she gave me the information regarding double recharge. I wanted her to refund me the extra 303 amount to my bank account but she wasn't authorized to do so, but helped to mail to this Id for refunding issues.

Further I would like to quote that due to heavy inflow of recharges on 8 th April or due to ill network quality I have unintentionally recharged twice, so I would like to tender my request to refund me the extra amount of 303 in my bank account. As a valuable customer of Jio I am optimistic about the Jio Services will solve my issue sooner.

Due to some issue the recharge of 303 which was supposed to be recharged in my number was sent to the other number. So kindly if you could just look into this problem and solve it I would be highly obliged.

Dear Sir, I am doing my research in Tumkur, therefore I needed internet connection to my computer. your seller gave me JioFi saying it is wireless internet connection. I believed and took but I am not getting proper internet connection to my laptop in home. When I enquired with that seller he said some technical problem, tower is not reaching some lame excuses. I heard much about Jio internet. But I am not at all satisfied. Therefore help me in this regard as soon as possible.

I recharge my no 7001822615 with 303 dated 07/04/2017 by retailer ORN is BR00003XPO9B which shows recharge was successful but 11/04/2017 I got a massage that summer surprise offers was not successful. I have a question if this offer was not successful then why customer care person told me do not worry about summer surprise offers you get sure that offer.

Now how this is possible I could not get summer surprise offers. Why cheat with me??? Please justice on me.
