I have two paytm account. 1st 8436638484 nd 2nd 9832848439. I send 4000 wallet cash transfer my 2nd account to my 1st account wallet but its now pending from last 52 hours. I was trying to refister a number on paytm but I crossed the limit of otp. How I can register that numbers again?

I tried recharging several time but i keep getting, recharge failed problem. Not a good experience from paytm. This was the first time i was using paytm to recharge my phone. Hopefully they will improve their service.

Paytm order no. 895093827. i have recharged my aircel no 8507591293 of Rs135. Said balance was cut from my account but the recharge was not complete. I did not receive balance on my number, although i waited for some time to receive any type of confirmation.

As Per card No.107881008.I have already send FIR & other details. i found some of the paytm authorities involved in cheating so i have decided to register a case against paytm.com- The details of which sending to RBI & Media. Is there any International agency,who can help me in this connection. please inform me.

I have recharge of Rs 99 on 8281484179 no. By net banking. Money deduct from my account. it was successful but not recharged and money has also not refundable.my order no. is 986169362..pls resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I want to order " shopper 52 imported mini sewing machine with foot". Your site show offer and given as " shop for Rs 699 and above and use UTILITY50 to get extra 50% cachback on total order value ( Max cashback Rs 2000). But when i apply this code it show " sorry, this offer has expired"

We book the below tickets at Paytm, as below departure Details no bus is there & Mention Contact no of Indo Canadian 09212183794/09216766130 is switch off. Pls cross check why both no mention in ticket is switch off & who will be responsible for that. pls refund the Full amount & advise what compensation will you provide from your end, because we book the ticket from Paytm.

I got a msg of coupon code FREE25, OF 25 RS cash back, i added money to my paytm wallet but i have not received any cash back yet, the transaction was made on 09/07/15.

Here is what I want to convey……

And I am really sorry to say this that it is not up-to the expectations , you promote yourself for the hassle free recharge as i have done only three transaction and out of which two did not happen and they are reasons for them I agree but I did not get what I want from it and in one case after the amount got deducted also, you have asked me to wait for 10 working days to get the amount back to my account and in other cases you are directing me to contact the service provider which I have already did, but as per your mail I have contacted them which is Airtel just to connect to the right department it takes 45 to 50 mints and then they verify, take details which takes another 15 minutes and then after giving your reference number the call gets disconnected, again follow the process for another two hours and get to the customer care and they inform me to get back to Paytm to get the solution for which I am still waiting.

And what I don't understand is, it’s just a walk for ten minutes to get a scratch card and get the recharge but just because of my laziness, I tried this online process and on first day to register invested 30 minutes and then for second recharge 10 minutes as I did not get the recharge trying to get the solution other 30 minutes and still waiting for the amount to get back to the account. For the third recharge other 20 minutes, not getting anything trying to find the customer care number of Paytm for 45 mints realizing that there is no number. Writing a mail to the customer care other 20 mints and get the reply same as what I have tried to explain and in a mean time trying to get in touch with the service provider so called best provider in the industry Airtel and just to reach the right department take two hours. They inform me to get back to the paytm as I have done it through them and again writing a mail for 6 mints waiting for a day getting a reply with a reference number to get in touch with the service provider so following the process to get in touch with the service provider over phone for 3 hours which leads to irritation as I am not able to get in touch with them over phone.

So spending other 20 mints to search for the near Airtel service center and again spending 45 mints to reach there and registering a complainant in return come to know that the back end team will get in touch with me so just wasting for the call, in a mean time after all the frustration on the process and on myself for the laziness posting all of this story on the social media thinking that I may get some solution with small hope and inviting other three to four hours and not getting any thing after two days AND BACK TO SQUARE ONE AGAIN FOR A RECHARGE FINDING SOME OTHER WEBSITE AND FINDING THAT ALL THE SO CALLED BEST SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANIES ARE ALL THE SAME WITH THEIR OWN RULES AND THEIR OWN SET OF PROCESS JUST IGNORING THE CUSTOMER AND ONLY BOTHERED TO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND FILL THEIR KITTY.

I had recharged of Tata Sky DTH 1067037885 for Rs.435/- on 15th July,2015 online but the same has been failed. Till date the amt not deposited in my account. Pl. do the needful and the amt may pl.be deposited in my account.
