I have purchase lens from snapdeal. As I have receive pack piece so I have thought it is good in quality . After a week when I open an and wear eye got red and all over lens surrounded by condense. When I complaint to the snapdeal they refuse to exchange . I paid enough money to purchase these lens.

Very bad products and very poor service too.

Is there any treatment available to improve the vision in the eye which has undergone surgery to attach dettached retina? and is the any technich to avoid dettachment of retina due to thinning of its centre portion?

I bought 6 pairs from my optician out of which two turned out to be defective. Registered a complaint on the given helpline number, which by the way is not open 24/7, 4-5 weeks ago. Was told that I will get a return call with 2-3 days. I have called them thrice since and no call has been returned. Have been using b&l for almost 8 years and never have the lenses or the customer service given any trouble. Very disappointed. Lens quality also not upto the mark.
