We would like to report bad experience we had while dealing with Mr. Gail Singh Badge no 0331 during Singapore trip arranged through Cox & Kings. (Oriental Gateway on 10th Feb. 2017).

We had booked universal studio trip through Cox & Kings which included hotel transfers. Mr Gail Singh was our guide during that trip. Cox and Kings Tour manager never accompanied us in this trip even though the group size was about 25). He picked us from the hotel in the morning and was supposed to drop us back to the hotel in the evening. The meeting point for return was at the entrance of the studio at 6.30 pm.

We were at the meeting point at 6.35pm, but the guide had left, when we called him he casually told us to come by taxi. While checking with the fellow tourist at the hotel, we came to know that he left at 6.30 pm as he and the bus driver had other engagements and he even did not check the passenger count before starting the bus. We came on our own and incurred additional taxi fare.

We were surprised at such bad behaviour of the tourist guide in Singapore, which is very famous for its services.

The most unprofessional and incompetent team. It would be the last tour with you. Will never recommend you to others. The kolkata team as well as the Mumbai team just plays with people sentiments and time. They are busy passing the ball in others court. A simply quarry of upgradation of flight from economy to business could not be provided in last 10 days.

Cox & Kings is the BIGGEST FRAUD Company in India, they commit lot of things to lure the customer and never full fill their commitments. Recently, I have visited Andaman on Jan.19 to Jan 24, 2019. It was a miserable experience. We have wasted our money, time and experienced lot of mental agony. Cox & Kings have not taken us to the North Bay Island, Ross Island in Port Blair and Kalapathar Beach at Havelock in spite of their commitment. Always ready with lame excuses, their dictatorship and arrogant approach has ruined the trip. The Hotel rooms were pathetic, too small (8’x9’) without window. It is like an AC Jail room. A marketing gimmick has been created that they will provide you with lot of vouchers and the memorable photo and a photo album for a memorable trip. A group photo was given to us, in which you are not able to recognise yourself. This is a poor photography from unprofessional people. The photo Album and other commitments are still not received.

I request all to not take any package from Cox & Kings. It is better to rely on local Travel Agencies, at least they will listen to you. I am ready to share all details with you.
