Dear Tikona support team

I kindly request you to send some one to my place bring i meter cable and the pins. My pins from the cables are broken I have to keep holding it in order to make my connection work and keep pressing it to the Ethernet, it really is annoying. Please send them as soon as possible.

It is to inform you that few days ago an engineer visited my home for problem of unidentified network. While he resolved the problem, he told me that since 3 connections are given from a single tower, you might face speed related issues in the future. Exactly that is happening now. I believe when three persons simultaneously use the connection, it gets slow. For the last two days, i have been facing problems. I request you to immediately resolve this issue by installing a new tower. I have already made advanced payment of three months for a good internet experience. Today because of the problem, i was unable to watch the cricket match between India and Bangladesh.

I (1113919271) am fed up of tikona. In problem since 10 april 2016. Many disconnections, connection is unstable and low speed 0.7-1.8 Mbps. I have a 4Mbps plan. I will not pay your bill and throw out your equipment.

From 7 days they are saying problem from back-end and today telling me that I have no problem. I have tried safe mode with networking. If anyone wants to see the real problem they can use VNC. AND I am not using any router. This is intolerable. Do you even know what is the meaning of BROADBAND?

Please call me asap i can't reach you guys. There is water coming through my rj45 which I believe is because of a cut in the cable that runs from the receiver to my place. the splitter is not working too. please call me asa at 9028747358

Good afternoon, i had a conversation with tikona representative staff to disconnect the internet service, on 26/03/2018, your staff had installed wifi service as per your new free scheme, but the service was not getting properly. So, please disconnect it and take away all your equipment before 30/04/2018. i had paid Rs.500/- but did not get any services because of your technical problem.

Dear Sirs,

We are terribly unsatisfied with your services in terms for Poor Signal Quality, we had charged our plan since yesterday, also launched complain for same but after a lapse of 48 Hrs, nothing improvisation has been felt in form Signal Quality is concern, kindly resolve this issue within one hours time, & reply our mail the reason for such Quality issues occurs frequently which has put adverse effect on our Business also.
