When I enquire for service of my kaff chimney with your customer care 18001802221. the amount told 700 rupees but when service man come for service he told 800 service charge+ 225 for attending charge total 1025 rupees. Is it your policy? Please clarify.

Auto ignition not working from the day 1. And i booked a complaint on dec 29 -2016. Today is 17 jan and no response sp far. Please dont ever purchase kaff burner.

There is nothing special in kaff appliances.Service is too poor.I call for service of my gas hood for last 10 days but no action is there by kaff customer care1800-180-2221. I REQUEST PURCHASER PLEASE THINK BEFORE U PURCHASE ANY KAFF APPLIANCES. There are many more other options.

I have been following up with Kaff customer service head Mr. Manikandan from Bangalore and Mr. Sandeep from Gurgaon. They haven't been able to resolve the issue of burners not working and all the utensils are turning black and if cooked on live charcoals. My complaint has been open for the past 3-4 months but my repeated calls have been unanswered so far. Is the customer service having no solutions to rectify this issue. I have been told that Kaff has already sold defective burners to Indian consumers.

I purchased hob and chimney in month of oct 2017 still I was not received my gift items which I won in lucky coupon. mailed to "festivebonanza @kaff.in" as well as to "Dhiraj Bhalla <dhiraj.bhalla @kaff.in" and mohit.seth @kaff.in but no response. this is very unprofessional behaviour and I must say in future never buy any product from kaff for sure.

Sir, After repeated requests and visits by your so called service engineer my hob (Kaff Hob NB 604 S) is not woring properly. It gives ared flame and all the vessels used in that hob for cooking are becoming very black. I do not want to complain again. I just want to donate this hob to your esteemed company so that you can have a chance to sell it for a second time.

I do not expect any money back from your company. Just give me the address where I can send this Hob free of cost to you. You can be rest assured that I will not take any action against you and in case I do it you can produce this email to any forum. You can the advantage of getting a hob free of cost and earn money by resale of this. So please give the address to where I can send this Hob.

Complaint no. 236623 made on 5thJuly 2018 for the replacement of broken gas nozzle causing severe gas leakage has still not being attended (today is 1st of August2018). Company of the stature of Kaff really disappointing.

Dishwasher is not working since last 1.5 years. Lots of complaints (customer care, emails) have been raised. But till date, it is not rectified. Technicians looked into the problem 2-3 times and mentioned that the machine has to be replaced. Till date, there is no commitment from KAFF.
