Dear Sir/Mam, I have a problem with your jio sim same no. Whenever I see tv programme or news, after exit, it doesn't open tv programme or news again and one ooop's message pop up on screen again & again.

I took my SIM 4 days .I am able to get data. But cal devices are not activated.

I have carbon 4g hand set in my mobile network is showing but non of the app social media Jio TV non off working can u pls help me wat to do??

Respected Sir, In my village SAMBHI teh nilokheri district karnal(Haryana) there is no network range. So pls make JIO network system in my village. Main problem is that I m Govt employee n provide my JIO number to the maximum officers also. I m also happy to give LAND for making JIO network by u.

Dear sir.. I have samsung s2 lte and my mobile number is 7887241001..and in my mobile internet is working but jio 4g voice call is not working..it closes as soon as open press app. please consider my complaint and resolve it quickly.

Some one stolen my phone and i was using jio sim card on that phone so i want to block sim card no. And i want sim blocking no.

I have your jio sim but its not making any call with any no. Even on 1977 and I tried almost 100 times but call is not connecting. So please help me out I am not able to have ur services.

jio sucks...i purchased jiofi3 router before 5 days.dealer told us that we got speed in mbps untill 1gb will finish after that you got 128kbps as usual.but i dont got even 2G speed while 1 gb using and since two days i got connection lost "there are no internet connection" and when i complained about it so service provider tell us that your problem will solve in 24 hours but no response till now.

Jio tv is not working properly and it like a watching poor box which are not work like it was given 4g. I am not happy of this network and i am sure that other people also felling same as I have written.

i did purchase of 2000 jiofi id 60337088 i paid 2000 rs their ,but they had given me bill of 803 rs. the sale person was rahul in jio digital, dakbanglow road, patna 800001 bihar. He did apply some voucher and given me bill off 803 as i paid him 2000 rs pls look after it, i need bill of 2000 rs as i paid him.

Data speed was very poor and often said that your data limit is over pls feedback.

Very poor internet speed even after recharging of 30,speed of Internet has not improved even jio apps are not opening at this speed. Very bad internet service provider.
