Regarding complain of manufacturing defect in Ford figo
I purchased Ford figo on 24/11/2012, chassis no MAJ1XXMRJ1CY42730 & on 4/3/2015, wheel drum of rear wheel broken due to which i got an accident car gets totally damaged. No help was provided by the company for lifting it from site. Now I want that company should replace damaged car with new car. Due to manufacturing fault it may have taken life of my family. Till date car run is only 19250 km. at present car is lying at Sriram Ford Charoda Bhilai (CG) .contact no-9425201162.
Clarification in my earlier feedback
I had submitted my feedback regarding 1st service of my vehicle Ecosport Titanium. I had made complaint against Jyshree Ford's Marketing Team not servicing Team or Service Advisor. Service Advisor and Team was attended me nicely and get it service satisfactorily. I don't have any grievance against servicing team, which please be noted.
Will you support me to get my pucca receipt from your dealer against my payments?
