Mailed GlaxoSmithKline regarding objects of boost but they never replied. Very bad customer support.

Hello sir...i am a regular drinker of viva since a very very longtime back. The rich quality and the wonderful aroma of viva attracted me at first and started drinking twenty years back since then. But in the recent years the aroma of viva is gone and now the bad aroma of viva makes me hesitate to buy viva. Hope you atleast bring back the wonderful aroma of viva. Thankyou.

We purchasing the Boost 1/2 kg packets in shops & super market. But this power is mixing with milk and store like a sand in tumbler inner side.It should not melt in milk.

I have been watching the quality of aluminium pilfer proof caps from several years, the quality of the same has not improved.The bridges do not snap off, the threading of the caps wear out in the first instance making us to restore the caps of previous bottle. Even when the bridges of the cap are cut using a cutter / knife I find certain caps will not have proper threading. So kindly improve the quality of the Aluminum caps or replace with plastic caps at the earliest.

Complaint regard taste different in old one and new one. VERY DELICIOUS OLD HORLICKS but now taste in packet and horlicks bottle which is mention before 4 years and now is taste less and we unable to eat.

Today i purchased a horlics packet of 1 kg, which has the chhath puja photo on the packet. this should not be drawn because it is the religious matter of a community and other community do not like. so pay attention.

His visit in area is not a single time till now u r giving him salary to seat in office only what your distributor is not responding any thing. i had call the owner of srk distributor he had said that i have no time to talk with u, if some issue complaint it to company. now whats that answer from him we are selling your products in that we have to listen this type of language. please take action against this or your product sale go down.

I have purchased a bottle of Horlicks (chocolate delight), weighing 500gm at MRP of Rs 209/- from the Reliance fresh, Manish Nagar, Jayanti Mansion-III, Nagpur on 21.10.2018. However, the agency had charged me Rs221.48. There is a discount of 2 pc on MRP. Thus the total cost of the product would be₹.205/-. The excess billing thus cost me ₹.16/- (221.48-205). Will you please take up the matter with the concerned agency and intimate the reason for excess billing over and above the MRP of the product?

This is to inform you that I have met with Package complaints for the Ointment " Mupirocin Ointment IP " in three occasions. The complaint noticed is breakage of Ointment Tube Cap in all the three cases; all complaints are noticed within last three months. Please refer Attachment 1 for the breakage nature and Attachment No. 2 for the details on the manufacturing of the same. The breakage is noticed in the start up stage of the usage of the ointment ; it indicates that the Cap strength is very poor and easily breaks on ~ 10 nos. of opening / closing operations.

Due to this deviation , the contents in the Tube are showing the tendency of oozing out and became not usable because of considering the chances of contamination.

Please note that the opening / closing operations were normal and no strong external force is applied to open /close the Tube tending to break the Cap as it was used by me.

These complaint Packages are brought from Alappuzha (Kerala) town Medical shops and no bills are with me to produce before you. Hope with the Lot No. mentioned on the Tube it can be traced out, for you.

Would like to get the actions taken by you to sort out this issues.

On 17th april 2020 i purchased new sensodyne new fresh mint tooth paste at vishal mart kothapet Hyderabad. Today i.e.on 28.4.2020 i opened the box and found 1 small colgate paste 100 grams instead of senosodyne tooth paste..this type of cheating brought me mental agony that how this big companies are cheating innocent people..as common man cannot survive is this earth..thats why only the world will be vanished due to this calamities..i am having bill also for that. i hope that u will help.

On 1st Jan 2023 I purchased T-minic oral drops. I open box and bottle was empty. If they are giving empty bottle of medicine then they cheating their customers.
