My jio 4G no is not working properly & not 4G speed. so kindly request to you sir , thair is a problem solve that.

I have a problem when I using 4g 1gb data then my internet speed very slow about 3 to 20kbps. our policy is when 1gb 4g data use then the speed reduce 128 kbps. so please help us and giving me properly speed.

Since i update the phone i cant make video call, plz help. i had lenovo vibe k4 note handset.

After updating this app i am not able to make any calls from my jio sim. I uninstalled the app thrice and again installed it. But it is showing me offline. Only data pack is working properly. Please look into the matter.

other telecom company company provide better speed in 3G network as compare to JIO 4G. this network is unable to connect with other number . every time i am listening its comment is "This route is busy".

After the new offer came none of my phone calls are connecting also net speed considerably reduced. 1 GB high speed internet is a joke. Jionet has very slow speed in pipariya less than 1mbps having high speed in some areas but not in other areas of pipariya and i come in those areas. i also have done complaint on jio customer care no but the situation is still that please help us.

Speed of jio is slow. I just saw 5or 10.videos of YouTube and then it slowed down.

Jio data for 1day should be for4Gb not for 1Gb.

This is a fraud company. company sold the jio sim to pan shop and othe shop at the rate of 50 and they are selling per jio Rs. 200. However my sim was not activated in last 13 days.

Request just I want to inform you that last two day i can't connect my laptop to jiofi2 router using WiFi. another routers i can connect to my laptop even after changing their security code. but only my JioFi2_A70FD4 roter is giving this problem. when i replaced the customized security code with the default password then my laptop get connected with router. please resolve my problem.

In Jio TV live shows are not subscribed till now. It's showing from 4 days that it will be done in 2 days but no live shows are available.

Here is a network problem from October. It not work inside the home only on the terrace. V.p.o - chanour, TEC- indora, distt- kangra.
