I purchased car number Tn34au6296 i would like to transfer my car insurance policy i apply erode branch office at 21 06 2016 , still now not get it , already submitted relevant back papers for name transfer and also paid Rs 327 for name transfer fees. please i am expect necessary action.

I am K. BALARAJU , agent, complaint about Proposal Nos. M21484682 and M21484683 Dt: 21-10-2016, they promised me to give the Reliance Genl. Ins. Policy Renewal as E-policy with in minutes but not yet received the policy. There is no response from KURNOOL Branch Manager as he said that he is new for the Branch. Again I put a request to Mr. Kalayan (State Head)But no response and at least there is no humanity even though the above customer logged a complaint against me in the Police Station for policy. Otherwise he is asking for refund the amount double. From fast 13 days I am requesting for policy as a beggar but there is no use. He simply rejecting and blocking my mobile No. In this system there is no responsible persons to take care of a CUSTOMER and AGENT, except prolonging the days? Even I put put a complaint through customer care on 03-11-2016, still they asking me to wait for two days or consult Kurnool Branch Manager. Atlest kindly issue me the policy.

I applied to your finance company for a new car which your finance officer refused to do car finance, while all the papers were correct (was complete) that your officer asked to. Two days later, his phone came and said, your finance will be done but will take Rs. 10000. He is your official in Panipat (Haryana) branch. Whose name is Dharmabir. When I said to him that the loan is without money, then the answer came to him that if you want the loan then money will be taken or else you will not get it. So you are requested to take action on this matter and I want to be informed about my loan. Thank you.

I had taken a health insurance policy certificate no 2842/00131308/0001/000/000/00 in april2011through indusind bank. I was regularly paying approx 16000 rs per year. Suddenly to my shock i received a letter dt27/3/18 from chola ms that my certificate will not be renewed and if i have to continue under a different plan i have to pay rs 126642.

Now i am a senior citizen and you are leaving me cheated at the age of 69.From rs 16000 to 126000 -you should have suggested some feasible plan and informed me much in advance.

We have not seen this such as poor service of in this industry; this company (cholamandlam investment & finance company ltd) will not adjust your part payment paid during the period. They charge huge amount as foreclosure charges after given in writing, they create a clause at the time of payment. Three people(mr aman,mr anil,mr tyagi) in karol bagh Delhi office will make you fool. They will part payment making you fool. Loan account number is X0HEELD00001772223. We had paid emi dated 05.03.2018 on time and we have done part payment of rs 3.91 cr between 05.03.2018-25.03.2018) but they deducted emi dated 05.04.2018 from our part payment. As on full loan amount.

Secondly three people in this branch no revert on mails as well on phone, the customer care of this company will not respond on mails as well as on telephone.

I have taken a health floater policy from your company intermediary being Central Bank of India, Hyderabad and maintaining for the past four years without any claim. My policy no. is 2855/00102891/000/04. This policy fell due on 1-1-2018 and I could not renew it as I was in US. I returned to India and wish to renew but the available numbers of Hyderabad seem to have changed. These numbers were provided by your call centre people. This being the status, if someone can contact me over phone or by mail, I can proceed further for renewal of my policy.
