I send money to my bank account from my paytm wallet the status is showing pending and the money is deduct to my paytm wallet and money is not added in my bank account.

My 2000 rs. Two times debited from my pnb account means 4000rs. Debited on 19 dec but not credited in paytm wallet. My 4000 rs. On 24 dec also debited from my bank account but not credited in paytm wallet.

On 30th December 2016 at about 3 pm sharp I processed bill payment Rs 2500 and already my Paytm wallet Rs 4 thatswhy Rs 2496 debited from my bank account but bill payment failed to CESC. Refund my said money. 27 hrs past no response from Paytm end. Paytm confirmed that they received Rs 2496 from bank through mail.
