Poor customer service and very poor technicians
Hi, my smart card number is 4102 8224 099. Most of my channel are showing a black screen. Some channels show E48-32 no signal. And some channels show E118 reserved smartcard return code. Its been a long time since this is happening. Kindly do the needful from your side and rectify this issue.
