I want a replacement of my hand set x3s. its under warranty purchased last april. I having lots of issues regarding storage n gets hanged. I purchased my Vivo mobile phone from a shop in kolkata in January. It worked fine till now i am unable to download new apps as it keeps showing low space error. I have checked and rechecked that there is enough space in the phone memory. As a last resort i had also reset the phone but now i am unable to install any app due to the error. How to solve this??

I bought Vivo smartphone in february but since last one week phones speaker is not working properly. It has now very low and unclear sound while talking or even when playing music on loudspeaker. I havent visited the service center yet but i am not impressed by the overall quality of the phone.

My phone vivo y51l is 1 months in network problem. 3 time software updated But no work phone. Bekar 6 vivo phone.

I purchase vivo v1 mobile on last yer December its so smart but now I can't generate barcode for Reliance Jio sim .....Please ......kindly help me.

Its vivo v1max & it become heated by own either it is in working mode or in stand by .so will you plz help me out of this. one more thing in bhagalpur, bihar there is no service centre so we the users are facing a lots of problem.

Hi, my mobile (Vivo V3 Max) was purchased on 01-05-16. I had a problem with my mobile and the service center has changed the main PCB (4946312) on 01-11-16. But the main camera is not working properly. i am contacting the service center for the solution but the answer is they dont have the stock with them this is pending for more than 10 days now.

I purchased my phone about 2 month. But when I play coc my keyboard not working... Suddenly phone gets main menu and show bbk launcher has loading some data. I ask for my answer immediately.

My biggest mistake in life iz to buy vivo phone. The worst respond from service centre. Replacement was also fake and the worst. Suggest everyone to not buy vivo phone.

I have purchased vivo v5on 24/1/2017. the mobile is getting more heat while in internet use and while charging there was a message that your mobile is in high temperature so full charge is not possible.

I am not impressed by the quality of the phone. I brought vivo smart phone in February but since first one week phone. It has very low network. Net slowly walking. My phone vivo v5is 25days in network problem. One time software update but no work my phone.
