Refund amount, product was received in damaged condition. I have already complained and asked for return of amount but i only keep getting promises.

Bought a Samsung power bank 9000mah from flipkart got a fake one, got it replace but it too was a duplicate one. I didn't received the power bank shown online, there was 6 month warranty on the product and i also haven't received any bill or a warranty card.

On december 27th i ordered the goodlay shoes its worth was 397rs. When i got the shoe on 31st december i am shocked that the shoe was damaged. Immediately i returned the delivery boy and i m informed to the flipkart.com executive on the day. I need my refund amount for the shoe. I complaint to the flipkart executive at 3rd january. From this date to up today i did not get any information about my refund amount from the flipkart. please accept my complaint and reply me soon about my refund.

I ordered a jbl j33i ear headset black in the last month. it was not delivered to kerala so that i just ordered it to my friend home/ nilgiris tamil nadu. my friend was not at his home. he came after some days. in between the order was delivered. then he sent it to my home. i was shocked to see that it was a duplicate headset of jbl. I can by it from our place with 100,150 rs. i ordered it with 600rs i lost this much rupees. pls help me.

Dear Sir, I had purchased Creo Mark 1 from you, and I am facing a problem with the device it is getting very much Heat I cant use that, I had already raised a complaint regarding this, but I got a software link from your support team and I and run that and sent the logs, the support team is saying that it is working fine, But I would like to bring to your notice that the device is working properly with all the function and features, I have a problem with the heating not with the functionality, I don't what exactly it is wrong, I would like to have a different piece or refund for this product.

The deliver associates are not even calling us or not leaving a message for us. Nowadays Flipkart is not working properly even in refund process also.

Shown something else, delivered something else tht too late after the occasion. did not required bt still i kept it.. i was abot to get 4 pairs of footware bt received 3 tht too 1 was used, gave a request for replacement and did not get it.. wht i'hv informed tht m out of delivery area.. i dnt understand, if i was out of delivery area, why these people delivered me the fc@#ing shit.. called multiple times and got to knw tht they vll not deliver the product to me and has created refund without even informing me.

I dnt understand the logic, when it come for charging money, amount was deducted within fraction of seconds and when it comes for refund, these people require 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Salute to you flipkart from MY MIDDLE FINGER... pls guys dnt trust this fake website... actually the fake business.

Brother Flipkart also do fraud with me. They sent me a damage i phone 6 when I request for refund then they ignore and play with me mail mail. Everyone fraud in flipkart. Don't buy from this site. Amazon is best online service.

Very true, i agree same thing flipkart are doing always technical person messages and not resolve.

dear sir, i am regular buyer on flipkart.com. i have bought more than 3 items. the moto g 2nd gen. order id:od 100947004416520500 invoice date:11.10.2014 tax invoice #blr-wfld20141001050110. imei.353321062153740. the above phone incomming voice no hear. please replacement the product. phone amount rs.12999. exchange price.rs.10999.

I have placed an order on 6-Nov-2014 and received a damaged product, which was again replaced and the same damaged product has been delivered and i have requested for replacement -- executive has said that it will be delivered to me by hand on 26-Nov-2014, but when i spoke to customer service today came to know that their was an issue in placing the order and he placed a order today again and the time given was 09-Dec-2014 -- which is too late. This is really not acceptable -- it will be more than one month for delivering a product without any damage.

I request you to look into this immediately since i am the regular customer (you can check the history of mine on flipkart). If this is the case then i need to put it in forums please.

I purchased sandisk memory card microsdhc 8 GB. My order ID is OD30 71103 4840.

I have very important files in it. I request you to backup those files and change my product. Hope you will help me as I have very important files in it and now suddenly when I insert this memory card it asks me to format it first which I can't so please please help me.
