Have been chasing their office and have written to both the mumbai and corporate emails. Have also tried the toll free number which is never answered.

They sell and forget a customer and the sales person makes us run from dealers. One exception is Ms. Neha of Kajaria World. Unfortunately she recommended the ceramics folks and i am caught after spending more than 3 lakhs.

We bought your tiles which are all very bad, All tiles have a bend. Yours company is supposed t be such a reputed one, but i think its all fake. I also called this customer number but there was no response. We will tell everyone not to buy tiles from you.

I have written to both the Chandigarh and corporate emails. Have also tried the toll free number which is never answered.

In less than one month all the white tiles K - 7000 are looking so dirty can't explain. Even spending more than two lakhs in my office it looks like a NAJARVATU.

They sell and forget a customer. I have know other option to go to consumer court.

I have taken kajaria Espain Marfil floor tiles of size 800x800. On the packing it is written as premium quality. But most of the tiles were having bends.i tried to contact the area incharge for the last one week . Till now he has not turned on.I am very disappointed with services.. There is no support from retailer side and customer support to . I am regretting that i have chosen kajaria's products . Service is tooo bad.

Please avoid this kajaria company tiles. Very bad experience. Supplied different shades, different colour in the same name. We won't get extra material for shortage of stock with same pattern and colour. Dealers also not good in supplying. Rating 1 out of 5.

I have taken a kajaria tiles from sub authorized dealer, after 1 month max. tiles upper layer is automatically broken after that customer care representative have no manners how to talk with customer.

I am purchased 80x80 Kajaria vitrified tiles 8828 qty 141.000 Nos from Anchal Kerala at the rate of Rs 96585,00, when I open the package some tiles are bended and broken that is refused to return. The shop is promised me to return these are at the time purchasing.

I already purchase 500 Box of Oslo Balance from Classic Sanitation in Siliguri in West Bengal. Only 15 Box has shortage. On 20th June C.M. opened our project. So is it possible to arrange the said tiles on date.

We would like to place a complaint against Mr. Vipu Goyal taking care of Kajaria ceramics here in Delhi. He has no idea what so ever to talk to his clients. The manner in which he spoke to our company representative was unacceptable, therefore we would request his supervisors to take note and deal with the same. He was unable to send us samples even after following up with him thrice on a daily basis for the past 5 days.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the service I have got from your kajaria world, Koramangala branch was really pathetic.

I had purchased some of the tiles (sheesham Oak, Munich Gris, konkrete Decor and Crema) from your outlet at Kajaria world, Koramangala. First to confirm the order they used to call us daily for the advance cheque. Advance was paid of Rs 1,00,000.00. Later when they are delivering the materials they told us that Konkrete Decor tiles was not available as it is been discontinued. So we told them to deliver the remaining materials apart from konkrete decor on a Monday but received the materials by Saturday night by 10.30pm with the bill of Rs 83583.39 Later there was some shortage of materials of Crema and Munich Gris, nobody picked up the call. So took the tiles from other store.

Now what ever the difference amount of Rs 16418.00 is not been refunded after calling so Many times to the outlet. Each one them take others names and disrespecting the customer. When they don't have the product knowledge how can they say the material is discontinued during the delivery time. I have given the account number for refunding the payment which they have not done. Mr. Samad and Mr. Narayan are the persons who are misleading members at u r store.

I purchased Kajaria tiles for my kitchen flooring and wall tiles. Most of the tiles are bent as told to me by the person who is putting tiles. I called customer care. They just told me some executive will call, But when? He should see the tiles when they are being put. If there is delay then what would be done? There was only blame game that the tiles are not being put properly. Kajaria should compensate the customers.

I have taken kajaria eternity series premium quality tiles for my home. While laying I am very unhappy to see that many tiles are having bends. The tile is of size 600x600. The package shows that the contents are premium quality, but I doubt that it contained second or third quality tiles. 50% laying is over, should I continue with the balance. I purchased the bathroom floor tiles which were very much slippery and nobody from the shop is taking responsibility of taking any action. The Kajaria people are also not reachable. I think I should do something more than this to teach a lesson to them by not responding to the calls. The whole india should boycott Kajaria tiles then only they will learn it. Unite together to fight against the inferior quality tiles.

I paid money for premium tiles of various sizes n types. But Kajaria Sangli (Maharashtra) exclusive store dealer cheated us. He has dispatched all third class n defective tiles. Company person visited but kept mum. Now I will circulate all details n photos on social media to teach lesson to Kajaria company. Please don't purchase Kajaria tiles in future. It's fraud company.

I bought kajaria tile in marbleland changankulam.2 tape tile but all tile bend. I already inform your head department but they are don't tell good reply. I am going to consumer court.

With a great disappointment I have to say that about 15 days bck I purchased bathroom tiles from keshav tiles kajaria galaxy and since then I have been misguided by the dealer. Firstly they delivered wrong material, then every day they are giving excuses. Now the position is that we are sitting with half work done. They are not responding and giving our material. Although I paid for it. Its shear a harassment to the consumer.keshav tiles is behaving like a king of noida and king of kajaria tiles. Will never ask anyone to buy tiles from Kajaria. Never Never.

I bought bathroom tiles from Keshav tiles kajaria galaxy.sec 9 noida. Its a matter of 15 days. Since then we are harrased by the dealer. Firstly they sent me the wrong floor tiles. Since then they are making excuses for not delivering. Yesterday(26th aug) we personally went and could collect half the material which was made available after long request . We paid for whole material but stillwaiting for whole lot. My work is stuck which they know very well but I feel they are enjoying our egony. We are in regular touch with the kajaria employee of that area but he is also not supporting us. What shall we feel about kajaria company aswell as the dealer.

I have purchase Kajaria tiles, thought as best brand but when it was supplied to my place. The quality , colours and shape was extremely poor and unbelievable. I approached to dealer and company Representative but no timely response. I hold work for 3 day but can not hold work for long time. We were not interested to use those tiles but to give work front to other agencies. Now whenever i see tiles i feel unhappy. I am really surprised such a reputed company is doing very cheap business. Till date there is no solution. Neither dealer nor company is helping consumer. I would like to request senior management , please look into matter and resolve issue. I would like to request to senior management to delete such employee and dealer from the network.

I am writing this mail being in a state of anger and helplessness. The behavior of the Kajaria tiles dealer was very rude and unprofessional.I feel cheated and moreover the way dealer behaved was inhuman.

I went to Rajasthan marble, kankerkera branch, Meerut to buy floor tiles for my home. Dealer informed us about 3 category of tiles. premium , 2nd grade with (10-15%) defect and 3rd grade with(50-60%) defect. he convinced us to supply 2nd grade material as it was comparatively cheaper. He assured that 10-12% of the tiles might be crack from edges and can be used in skirting. We agreed as at minor bad quality there was reduction in price also and this thing was clear in our mind. But once the tiles were opened and being used we found a huge difference in what we has told us. 80 % of tiles were defective, 50% are not right angled. dimension out by half a inch on both side. means a huge gap between 2 tiles once put together, around 27% tiles were broken but we managed them by cutting and using for skirting 7other purpose.

Similarly majority of the non-right angled tiles were also somehow adjusted. but the remaining were worst and non usable. We informed the dealer Mr Sonu about this situation and he understood and agreed to replace the tiles. But when we reached the dealer, Mr sonu was not present there. So we dealt with other staff members and they behaved very rudely with us. Apart from financial loss because of 80 % bad quality we feel cheated and hurt the way dealer treated us.

I request you to take action against the dealer.They are the one who represent kajaria to the world.And their behavior and way of dealing reflects kajaria's intention towards their valuable customer.

Also define proper terms and conditions for 2nd, 3rd grade tiles very well printed on the tile cover.

I bought floor tiles and dealer's behaviour was very unsupportive. Even my contact with junior level persons of customer care did not help. I want to contact somebody who has power to take decisions.
