My jio sim no.7009874890 is activeated but network problem please check my number locatoin and solution please problem urgent. i face problem when i use internet the speed is very slow.

I got a lyf phone n am using Jio net very smoothly till yesterday but than I got a message that I have exhausted my credit limits ... Th en I'm trying to call customer care but they also not received my calls. So I want to knw what's wrong with the net. Why calling n net are not working. Reply me as soon as possible.

jio call center persons are really fake people and missguide us.there is no network at kandla kutchchh area and no plan for it but call centere persons gives me promisse that they resolved my complain in 48 hrs. i cantect today again for network issue after 56 hrs than they replaay me thAT THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR NETWORK. today i feel cheeting with me. my all friends were says not good performence of jio but i was not seriously and i stopped my good working vodafone in jio CHAKKAR..

I have your jio sim but its not making any call with any no. Even on 1977 and I tried almost 100 times but call is not connecting. So please help me out I am not able to have ur services.

Tuesday27/9/16 I have generate the code and Friday30/9/16 I visited to the shop to purchasing for the sim. That time the executive have told me my code has using for some one the code has redeemed. I don't know how that happend! I called the customer care executive and visited to the relance digital store at cochin. They have not respond and find any action to my complaints. So I request you to please find the user and block his sim nd please to rework my code for purchasing to jio sim. Please to find any action in my mail.
