Problem is insert sim card 1&2 , network problem when I call some one each n every time restart my phone otherwise I can't call to any one. This same problem repeated 4th time & doesn't improvement. So sir I request to u please change my phone & given new phone. Please sir help me otherwise next weak over my warranty. After purchase most of time my phone hold on your care centre. please change the phone.

I have purchased XOLO Q600S Mobile set almost 1 year back. Now Its battery is not functioning properly. I tried to replace the battery from Lava/Xolo Care center in Adajan, surat but they denied it as the battery was not available. Please help me as the battery problem has become more severe now.

My first mobile Q1000, purchasing on 22/10/13.but same year my mobile some problem and xolo company replaced upper version Q1010i, IMEI-1:911363602060949, IMEI-2:911363602210940. But before few days my fvt.mobile lost in bus. plz.helf me where is my mobile.

I have a new Xolo smartphone with two sim slots but now only one slot is working. Second slot doesnt recognises the sim card. The mobile is only 2 weeks old. What to do?

My phone is not working, it is not turning on. I connected with charger to confirm its is charged but it is not charging also.

In my xolo black mobile the slot 1does not support jio 4G, please help me . I wasted my 7 day waiting for network. Other smartphones support jio 4G Sim. I called yours xolo customer care help but no one replied. Please help me.

My device is Xolo Q 1000. in the device light sensor problem. customer care cancelled my order because Xolo company says part not available. my work order no is. 510011093351 date 06/12/2016 and my complaint no is 1953292... so give me reply.

On december 4th i ordered the a mobile its worth was 10999rs. When i got the MOBILE on 8TH december i am shocked that the MOBILE Speaker damaged. Immediately i returned request raised flipkart.com executive on the day. I need my refund new mobile for the mobile. I complaint on 9th december. From this date to up today i did not get any information about my refund amount. please accept my complaint and reply me soon about my refund.
