After Three days my jio is not working. jio network speed is very bad in Madhuban Giridih, Jharkhand 825329 area so that's problem is solved very shortly.

I'm from Nalgonda.Today I went to Reliance Digital Show Room to apply MNP(idea to 'jio prime') at Hyderabad Road, Nalgonda, in front of the Show room, a man sitting under a Tent was selling 'jio prime' SIMs. I thought he belongs to the show room as he was exactly in front of the show room.I was told Rs. 99/- for "'jio prime'", then I applied for MNP. When I was paying Rs.99/- he demanded Rs.50/- extra as MNP charges.He also said 'Jio SIM' would not be activated unless extra Rs.50/-was paid. Then I met show room manager, he said the man was not belonged to the show room, they could do nothing.Immediately l went to "'jio centre", there SAANDEEP, the manager told me that the SIM seller was appointed by neighboring Cell Shop Owner and he had every right to sell 'Jio SIM' at any rate he likes.

How can you permit a private man to sell SIMs with extra cost, that too sitting in front of your show room misleading the public? How can the 'Jio Centre manager support the private seller who is selling with the cost more than MRP? Then what is the use of your show room? So, take action against them.

Yesterday I recharged 309 plan while 149 completing data. Still 309 plan not updated. I'm not getting data. 149 expires in june 6 until I want wait for its update or not may be updated with In 1 / 2 day. Tell me.

Do u guys ever give response to your customers. I am not satisfied with your service at all. I have bought this sim n after almost a month it stopped working.

Dear Sir, On 24-05-2017 6-30p.m. RS. 309/- recharge but service is not activate till 27-05-2017.
Your customer care not Satisfaction reply. Day by day I submit my complain but no satisfactory reply. Customer care employ Gopal talk 27-05-2027 5.46 p.m. to your bank problem money refund collect your bank not Reliance jio fault but my money is waste? pls. provide satisfactory reply.

I recharge date 20-7-17 of 399 rupees success but next day 21-7-17 I recharge my brother's mobile by my jio rupees 399. jio company this recharge add second time in my number. I call jio care I request return my 399 rupees but he said we can't return, this is cheating. i am unhappy.

I have used jio sim monthly plan activated 509 and daily two gb data. Today my jio data is 1600MB and i connect my phone to laptop and download one application 200mb and suddenly my data is 00. i contact two customer care and he said your 2 gb data end, i am wondering how?

For the last three days there is no net work. we can not down load the videos and send itto friends. your customer cell is not taking phone calls for the last one day the complaint has been lodged nearly two days back, it has not been resolved. mobile number 8618207557T.A.KINI and another mobile number 7019240079 RAVEENDRA KINI.

No network for the last three days no voice call. videos can not be down loaded and can not be sent. complaint filed three days back not resolved. another mobile number7019240079. please resolve issue forth with.
