Dear Celkon Support team,

I have purchased an Celkon mobile last year, the mobile was working perfectly fine but suddenly I stared facing issues with my handset repetitively. In order to avail warranty services over the product I visited to my nearest service location in the month of May 2015 at Janakpuri District Center and the service executive intimated me that the issue is with the battery and requires replacement, reported that at present is not availing any spare battery so would be contacting me once he receive the battery for the product but till date I have not received a single call from the concerned however, I have been taking regular follow ups from him but every time he passes on excuses for non-availability of product’s battery.

Details against the purchased product are mentioned below:

1.Date of purchase : 01-07-14
2.Model no: Signature vista A105+

So, I would request you to kindly look into the matter and offer immediate resolution in regards to the product otherwise I would be escalating the same via social media and consumer forum.

I have purchased an Celkon ultra q500 mobile from snapdeal 3 months ago. The mobile was working perfectly fine but suddenly I stared facing issue that speaker is not working with my handset. how can i get in order to avail warranty services over the product because when i'm receiving mobile from snapdeal the warranty card is empty (without filling any info about buyer). how can i solve this celkon mobile problem??

Is there any company named celkon , If there i think they have stopped manufacturing their products, yah it is true My father have bought a product of celkon i.e (a225), It had worked for an year and suddenly one day it had stopped getting on, we had tried a lot, then we taken it to the customer they had kept it for about six months and made as so tensed, they are ready with so much of stories and finally they revealed that the battery is the problems and we can't find a suitable battery for the mobile if the company is there and if it is really working kindly contact for proceeding my mobile to work OTHERWISE>>>.....?

i want celkon a225 battery. i approached near by service centre in chennai but no where in chennai celkon battery is available, i am trying for this battery more than a year.

I am searching for celkon A225 battery more than one year in hyderabad. i spoke to customer service center more than 20 times. no one can reply to me properly. this is very sad to say that no one can't purchase celkon mobiles, any model in celkon. they dont have bother about the customers. the worst service by celkon to customers.

I am from Pali, Rajasthan market. Bought my celkon mobile from a shop here. It is a third grade company and the mobile is even worst. The phone started showing several problem within a week and now its unusable. It was a mistake to buy a celkon phone.

Celkon customer care asking money for defective charger. My mobile is less than 6 months old so the charger is also under warranty. But the service center is not replacing or repairing the charger.

The customer service phone number is unreachable, after trying dozens of time i cant talk to the customer care executive. Most of the time its either busy or the number is unreachable and if it does connects no one picks up the phone. Whats the point in having a customer service if no one is going to attend the calls. It has been a mistake to buy from such a third class company.

Several times i have asked for the usb drivers so that i can connect the phone to my laptop but the customer is just for name, it doesn't respond.

I am writing the worst experience with celkon mobile as it was purchased five months before. The mobile is not switching on and display problem. I need to switch on as it will get automatic switch off every time. The charging is not happening. This is a lesson for us to not to take new company mobiles.
