Motorola vl92759 this mobile i have purchased in 12-12-2015 and current time this mobile is also having problem.

1) this mobile is again n again hanging and mobile ringer is not working so please help me. contact-9923279999.

This is srinivasarao i purchased mobile moto g 3rd generation through flip kart Order id: OD103658028450874500 invoice date:18.08.2015. imei ID: IMEI355490060485954 & IMEI355490060485962. the problem is my phone continuously hanging and shown in moto g show room also there changed Operating system 3 times in two months. now also struggled with same cause. store persons also said that this type of pieces also getting problems. Thats why i concern to u please give me a complete rectification for that ASAP.

I brought a moto g3 and it slipped in water. I went to moto service center in maniktala, kolkata. The said they will charge 400 for only telling the problem,i give them my phone on 22/03/16.They told me they will call me after 1 week.But they didn't call me at all.I went there and ask for my phone,they said that i have to change my display and motherboard of phone.They call me 18/05/16 and said my phone is ready and charge is 3400.I went there pay the money.They said me that they change my motherboard and touch panel of the phone, and guess what?? today on 22/05/2016 i found huge problem on touch that i can't receive any phone and i can't open my front camera by touching on the round arrow on camera option. Every time i touches on the option it closes the camera.

Hi , I have a moto G and I am facing one issue with it . All of a sudden it hanged and turned off. When I try to restart the phone, it gets stuck at blue M screen and does not move ahead of it. I tried resetting it to factory settings that also shows error "boot up failed".

I am in USA at present and cannot use my phone. I called moto care in USA and they directed me to indian Moto G services. Please help me and let me know what I should do?
