I have booked KSRTC CLUB CLASS BUS ticket under the name of S H RAKSHAK from Mangalore to Bangalore on 09/11/2015 through MOBILE ONE APP at 1:07pm. I made a payment of Rs. 839-15 Through debit card. the said amount has been deducted from my SBM account. But I did not get confirmation message from KSRTC. Then I booked the same seat through KSRTC.IN by paying again. Seat no 22A is confirmed.

Now I request you to revert the amount which I paid earlier to my bank
