i want fire resistive paint, where can i get it? I am unable to find them in my local stores.

What is per sq.ft rate of wall (velvet touch) including paint and labour charge?

I got my house painted last year in the month of May-June 2017. I was told that there is one year guarantee/warranty in painting work, but I am sorry to say that paint is leaving it place on several spot it looks very bad. I contacted the contractor and Ms Jyoti the Berger paint official but no response in solving the problem. Please help.

I am getting painting done from Berger paints and so far I am not happy with the services provided especially the information shared by Mr Sunil -the berger contact person. He did not share complete details on the difference between gold and platinum package - all he said was the price difference and the discount. Now when we started the painting with the gold package (local painter), we notice the difference - they don't have the automated machines, the necessary expertise and skills. They are no different vs. local painters. Price is not a constraint for me and I would have happily gone ahead with the platinum package had Sunil shared all the details. I came to know about it much later after the painting had started....Lodging a strong complaint so that next time the contact person shares complete details of the two packages and doesn't suggest one with incomplete details only to benefit himself.

I had already given contact address but till date no one has contacted me. i submit that I need advice & quotation & all technical details & brochures etc with regard to my newly construction of my G+2 home.

Co's executive mr. divyesh (mob. no 9537857555) handled my work. my office is @ drive in road.
totally disappointed. mr. divyeshbhai send team alone. he should come with them before they start work. he has to change team after 2 days as they are not covering my stuff before start work. another team work properly but @ end they not cleaned my office. not even did dusting. rearrange furniture is their duty but not done. I have to pay Rs.1000.00 for cleaning my office. compared to Asian Paint..... totally unprofessional work. never recommend anyone to hire burger's team for painting.

I have worst experience with Berger express paint! Around 2 years ago I gave contract to Berger express paint to paint my newly constructed home and I meet Mr. Mansoor Ahmed (Vendor). After a healthy meeting they asked Rs.: 30,0000/= to complete the painting work for (Ground + 2). Their Commitments:

 Will use latest equipment
 Experienced Workers
 Will use best quality products (paint, putty etc…)
 Will complete the work within 45 days.
 Will use color and pattern what you choose.

I would simply say, they have not completed a single commitment what they did.

When I called to customer care and get the complained registered against the vendor. I was shocked when I received a threatening call from a customer executive of Berger paints where he was keeping me threatening that short out you issues with your vendor and if you complaint again we will stop my work, on the next moment again I received a call where all words were same just person was different and he was Mr. Mansoor Ahmed (Vendor).

Again I called Mr. Mansoor Ahmed (Vendor) and asked him to get the my work done ASAP then he asked that give me some cash as I have to pay to labors, spuriously I told him that why should I pay you more as I have paid already 245000 out of 300000 and hardly 40% work has been done from your side then he told me if you’ll not pay I’ll stop your work and he just called back all peoples were working there at my home.

After the incident I called him many time but he was keep saying that I’ll come tomorrow but his tomorrow never came for us. I also complaint against him but again no more benefit there, I don’t know what I should do…. :(

I have many word to say but I would like to end with the word that “Berger Paint is not only a fraud company but also an institution of cheaters people”.

I got my home painted just before this Diwali (2017) thru M/s Pram OD (9922730804) from Pune. Overall painting was just average quality but surprisingly within 8-10 days a patch of about 6" diameter peeled off and came out with so called putty. It clearly shows poor raw material used and shabby working. The painting work was assigned to berger authorised agent but he offloaded it to some contractor and I am really repenting on my decision to give work to Berger. I even complained on berger customer care but of no use. Till date no action from anybody.
