I have ordered, Nikon D3300, Due to picture bad quality, I have applied for Return that product. We were waiting for some days. But my return request was rejected without any action. From that day onwards following customer care. Till now no action taken. After several complaint they gave service center number to contact directly (18002989898). That number is invalid. We searched nearest Nikon service center. Its almost 100KM from my place. It is so difficult follow up there. Please help to solve this issue.

I had purchased one online LG 6 Kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine (FHOB8NDL22) vide order ID No.OD206482919964047001 and paid in cash Rs.24979/- on delivery. Being not satisfied with the product, I had applied for refund vide refund ID No.353085031576560906 on 22.07.2016. No action has been initiated till date. On 27.07.2016 vide Complaint No.1607271222154526189, I contact one Mr. Gaurav, Customer Care Representative who at the first instance ignored that such refund request has been posted and then asked me to wait for 24 hours. It is surprising that the company has itself issued me refund ID No.353085031576560906 on 22.07.2016. By not updating its representative clearly shows that the company is involved in Unfair Trade Practices. I have applied for refund within time.

Therefore, I am to request you to kindly look into the matter and initiate the process to take back the washing machine and refund my hard earned money as I am not satisfied with the product.

I was ordering the washing machine through flipkart they sent damage product which is not working. (All my family members scolded me). After that i will return the product that time they called and asked me "Do you want return the money or replace the product" Again i trusted the flipkart and i told i want new product that time also i have confirmed flipkart as i have used my credit card for that i will get the offer or not. they you will get it sir with in 3 months. Because of that i will agree to replace the product. Thrice i have confirmed flipkart regarding this offer (2500 cashback). But still now they are not cashback the offer.

Delay in processing the return shows that the company is failed in its commitment towards its customer and even not responding to my regular mails means that the company is involved in unfair trade practices.

I have received a fake call from no(9250920076) karthik he told me that you won one samsung galaxy E7 and one 2gm gold coin and he introduce with your company name flipkart teleshopping. He told me that this prize was given on the behalf of your company. I also believed that this might be real on listening your company name. He also told that this prize is given once in a year but when i received that gift from post offfice there is no mobile and gold coin inside the box. There are almost 10-15 boxes they cheated many people like me. They also demanded that u have to pay rupees 3300 to the post office but sadly they cheated us and there is metal statue of god in the box. so please catch them otherwise they made more victims in all state.

My shopping experience with flipkart is awesome. I love the products quality, on time delivery and easy refunds/replacement. I want purchase more products but the problem is, some of the products are not available in my area pincode (452012) like - washing machine, T.V, wardrobes and closets and other large appliances.
