I booked round trip from GUWAHATI TO CHENNAI AND CHENNAI TO GUWAHATI, for personal reason i have canceled ticket 25 oct...2017, bearing TRIP id no-- AT 170549234 and another AT id No is - 170549329 but i got two email from Akbar travel.com that refund money as against Rs.10769.00 INR rupees is only refund rupees Rs. 619.00 INR and another ticket i refunded only INR Rs.4860.00 rupees as against 11180.00. It is totally against the cancellation policy. so plz reply.
