It is unfortunate to note that lots of retailers are deprived when fridges are distributed here at Agartala Tripura. Unscrupulous Distributors never provide those so easily. He verbally told several times that I will get the same shortly, but didn't give me. Even an approach came to me, if I pay 6000, I can get a fridge fast. See, how we are deprived. I had complained to Ramesh Kumar Sharma of Customer Care. But fruitless.

Thumsup dealer is best cheater in all company, b'coz they did not gave a freezer to cool the company product. First time he said, take our product at 12 months we will give a freezer after 12 months. After 6 months dealer will b changed, if unfortunately no change of the dealer they are given fake bill and return ask to us where is the bill ? What will u do ? So shame,shame... i m selling this product for 7 years and many more time i gave my documents for a freezer but i did not get any freezer, i think i will get company freezer after my death, then my son will sell cool product of this company. thanks coca cola for this help.

with profound respect i want to convey you the fact that i took part in your 'Dring dring offer from 10th march to 31st march 2015 through 'sms'. I send sms randomly. I telephoned to Raghav sir (your customer care number-18001037825) to know about the details for validity. He (raghav) told me that this offer is valid from 31st march to 4th April. Even he told me that validity has bee extended. So i bought 50 pcs. bottle "sprite" valued Rs. 1750. Next day (1st April) i sent an SMS (unique code) to the no.7065570000. But i came to know from the sms that the offer is expired on 31st march through reply your sms. So i am surprised for such a wrong information of the concerned customer care officer ( aghav sir)

In this respect i want to know who will be responsible for such a monetary loss !So i demand a compensation for that loss .Sir what did i get? except Sprite label and Raghav's rough behavior

i am achintya chandra mishra. i am shop keeper in P.D. nagar Unnao (u.p.). I have been placed many order maa vaishno agencies which are distributer of coca cola in unnao. in start, they had supply but last45 days MAA Vaishno agencies take the order many time on phone But they not supply the order. when i am calling to status of my order than they said "aaj aa raha he" ya "Maal beje diya " ya " aaj nahi beja paya kal beje duga." but supply is not come. i am complaint to Mr.satyendra who is officer of coca cola and order to two times last 15 days but order is not come.

sir, i asked to you and your company some question.
1. you & your company is not supply cold drink to me because i am small shopkeeper .
2. coca cola is take minimum order of how much amount.
3. i have some bottle of 200 ml what is the the way to return the company of coca cola because without cold drink what i are doing with 200ml bottle

i have bought fanta grape flavour yesterday. i tasted it and became a big fan. i really liked it a lot.i thought of buying itt more but couldn't find any where in shops. why dont you increase the the count of your product. i am eagerly waiting to drink it again and again. MY SHOP NAME REENA XEROX ASKA TALUKA. My freezer is not working. The sales officer Mr Arun & his STL(sells team leader) Mr Sankar pusty ASM Mr das show a very bad attitude & told that they wont return the leaking and damaged products. He says my Coca-Cola does not takes leaking and damaged product & said that in a foul language. So I request the company authorities to take action & help me.

Why there is no checks on cold drink selling more then print rates at retail shops usually glass bottles at any city and I am residing at Banaras right now.

We own a hotel by the name HOTEL MANOJ for the last 40 years located near I.O.C.L main gate and we used to sell the soft drinks products of your company but 8 months back your distributor took the freezer for repair and till date we have not received it back. In this regards we have requested them but in vain. It is our humble request from the company side somebody to intervene and provide freezer at the earliest.

Hope you will take the necessary action in this regards immediately.

I brought a maaza bottle of 600ml batch no.E09M6Q11 mfg date 11/5/15 today and found out fungus growth inside the cap of the bottle. it gives me too much pain to see this as i was a big fan of maaza and soon would report this to the necessary local authority as your customer care executives are least bothered to attend our calls.....I hope necessary damage mitigation to be done as this is a big brand and your reputation is at stake

With due respect being the owner of (M/s. Sunny stores shop) (Address- 7, manik Bandhapadhyay Road SAIL CO- OPERATIVE, CITYCENTRE DURGAPUR 713216). I was getting a service of a fridge (SC NO - 51251110200052) (Asset No-1102201064625) which was supplied by your company with SERVICE GUARANTEE.

The fridge gone out of order and complain was lodged to your service provider Mr. Pulokesh (Mobile No-7679087088) on 07/08/2015, the complain was attended on 02/09/2015.The machine again gone out of order,causing a huge loss of my business daily, But this time your service provider is not paying interest and not even attending my repeated mobile call.

In this content, I would request you to arrange necessary action either to rectify or replace the defective fridge otherwise i would be ignore to serve your company.

Today I have bought 20L can of kinley mineral water from Sadhana Enterprizes, Vishal Market, Tagore Garden Extension. When I opened the seal at 10:30 PM, the water was luke warm (60 C). But the sticker of Kinley on the Bottle displays: Keep in a cool place. If it was kept in a cool place then why I felt it luke warm. This kind of water is unhealthy and may cause cancer as cautioned by various health agencies. Kinley agent donot check the storage at dealers or shopkeepers point and sell potentially carcinogenic water (Heated in plastic cans). This should be prohibited. Shopkeeper do not provide a valid receipt on purchase of water. Please look into the problem or I will go to consumer forum.
