Hi, I have purchased Contura Hawkins Pressure cooker few months ago through online (Paytm). Now its having issue with generating pressure. I resides in Okhla, New Delhi. Please suggest how can I avail the guarantee offer and get it repaired.

i have purchased a hawkins cooker yesterday. it has a warranty card no - CL20161J567849. but the vendor refused to give me the facility and said no warranty is available.

I was purchased Hawkins non stick tawa, poor quality n tawa not heating properly, dosa not turning into red colour. Contacted customer service but nobody responding. Fake product.

I purchased the 3 @ 5 ltrs hevibase cooker just on 13.02.2018. when I opened it from the packing, I found the black colour backlit broken. The shop keeper did not replace it, his distributor also refused. I am an old customer of Hawkins never expected that my complaint/request will not be listened. I cancelled the order of 2 nos of 5Leters of hevibase cooker. what help you may give to me so that I remain attached with the hawkins.

I have complaint against the Hawkins pressure cooker 5 ltrs contura ceramic we face a problem on this product when we prepare some vegelables on it, all time we cannot get back from the base of the pressure cooker..we are the user of the HAWKINS products from last 30 years so, please get back the respond either change the product from to our home visit.

I have purchased Hawkins 5l CONTURA BLACK PRESSURE COOKER, and registered your website for guarantee card, but I didn't get guarantee card by mail or other sources.
