Nine month ago I have purchased a mobile brand name Micromax model a102. After nine month I found charging and battery backup problem of the mobile is not working properly, the warranty period of 12 months was not completed hence I contacted the Micromax service center patna (aditya enterprises). The service engineer asked me to deposit my mobile handset to service center and will be received back repaired within a period of 15 days. Accordingly I deposited the hand set to service center and get proper receipt of that. The service center has not bothered to provided any service mobile handset for customer convenience. Now even after aprox 2 months neither I am getting any feedback nor my repaired mobile. Company have only provided me the complaint no. But not any status of repaired mobile or any idea about when I am getting it back.

So sir is there any other action plan to get back the repaired mobile from the company? Please guide.

My phone is swich off Itself. I repaired phone before 3 month but it was not working. i request you to change my phone.

I gave my mobile (micromax A065) at micromax center on 1 December 2015 for repairing but still i don't get my mobile. Before in January i had a complain about the delay and bad service. I can't wait now i want my mobile before march after repairing,due to this delay my phone warranty get expired on 31 December 2015. solve my problem as soon as possible.

I was called to customer care about when my mobile will meet to me which given for repair. but they not answered although i was on phone line till 10 minutes with customer care executive. To my surprise, it is been six whole months now, and i have not got my mobile back. my frequent visits to your service centre at T.Nagar, Chennai for receipt of my mobile went futile. Further to my dismay, irresponsible behavior by your service centre reps has only added disbelief on your products. I have purchased Canvas xpress 2 Micromax mobile November 15. problem of touch , low voice, battery heat etc arised. I have handed over Kalaburagi (Gulbarga) service Center. while repairing I have lost all my data. Center has taken two days. and after that a news item photo is automatically appearing on the screen as backdrop. and Speaker voice is very low. When I contacted service center, they told that there may be problem of memory card. It is to be formatted. it may take 3-4days. Due to which I may loose all my data.

So, please take note of this feed back and act on priority.

I J B Samantaray have purchased canvas-5 imei no 911457552534257 on 25/3/2015 the set got screen luck when replace another sim. contacted with micromax care centre and he assured to be repaired by tomorrow and charged rs 300/- from me and same paid by me without repaired but next day said that the set be referred to company. now i want to help that what procedure be adopted to change a new set. thanks for your valuable advice.

My device was deposited with micromax service center by me under jobsheet no. E030414-0516-23188099, date: 03/05/2016 has been not repaired yet. Please chek and given details regarding it.

My E481 mobile gave to service center for fading display. They told me from center, your mob.will given you after 21 days. when I went to the centre after 23 days there was nothing. And arrogantly told me wait and call to company and ask them... when the mobile will repair. So I called and i complained from there also told me after two days we call you to collect the mobile...but no call or msg yet.

i deposited my phone on 21/05/2016 on ur service center in jaipur but till after 22 days i don't get my phone back. on every call they said ur mobile is dispatched to delhi and will come after 7-10 days. i tried bt till now i don't get my phone back after repair. please solve this issue.

During warranty period three times under maintenance at your's service centre ROURKELA, ODISHA. Set dead A 66 bolt, IMEI No. 911335900685197/ 911335900685205 on date 04.04.2016, vide job sheet No.E010303- 0416-22743150. still only false message that your smartphone handset will be delivered you within 10 days. This hand set purchased from FONEZONE, Uditnagar ,ROURKELA, nearer to Micromax customer care. I faced problems with my company regarding reporting etc. I may requests at your's esteemed company immediate replace a new handset.

Very bad experience I have with micromax in six month back I buy a cell phone e-455. But its a very very cheep phone last 4 month service centre guy r using my ph every month it create a problem. So guys never go for micromax. If u buy it then 12 months warranty ur ph 6 month is in service centre.

It is bring to your kind notice that the services of your authorised service centre viz. Shri Laxmi Enterprises, G-1/3, 1st Floor, Uttam Nagar (Near Arya Samaj Road), New Delhi-59, is very bad.

Delivered to us on 23 june 2016 and again given back on 28 june. Not working same problem works without command format done but goes on opening internet useless sites. None required applications gets download and than doesnt remove. we cant even make a call or receive, please advise service center to replace.

I submitted my device at M/S. Anannaya Infotel Micromax Care at C/65, Baghajatin Station Road (Kolkata) for 45 days but they are not able to repair my handset's touchpad problem. They repair for three times but at the time I faced the same problem. I dont understand why untrained & disgusting employees are worked at this service centre.

i have given my micromax canvas spark q380 for power button and headphone jack are not wrkng properly. They have said that it will take time.. come after 1 week. i have gone then they said again 2-3 days will take to repair becoz we had given the order of parts till now not come. I said ok....then again i have have and said that not yet repaired.. they kept my mobile for 2-3 weeks and not yet repaired... and wolog ne mera mobile ulta kharab kr dya. In my mobile some time call can't received...what can i do....pls do something.

My Micromax Canvas Fire 2 A104 is having Problem its last three keys (Touch Pad) Not working except touch pad all touch screen functions are working properly. I've googled about this problen found there are lots of complaints regarding the touchpad failure in Micromax Canvas Fire2 A104.

In this regards I urge to Micromax and their Support team to resolve my problem asap with out any charges under Product Failure Support. Its not customers fault its the product fault so please do the repairs or replacement of my device.
