Hi, I had purchased Kaff hub in Sept. 2015. There is problem in burner. I was registered a complaint in Customer Care on 27th Feb. But there is no any satisfactory action & reply from your customer care & service centre. I had called them 4 to 5 times. What can I do? Please take fast action on them as early as possible. Complaint no. AP3378.

I have been calling customer service no one seems to be interested. before buying it was promised good service all that was just to sell the product now no response.I have raised a complaint no SA2542. If not attained i would take further action keeping this as a proof for consumer forum.

I wonder what is the problem with a company of such repute. My complaint made on 5th May (complaint number JS 3560) remains unresolved. I have made several calls since then, and promises made for same day resolution have just gone waste. The service engineer has not called and nor come to sort the problem.

This is the worst service i have ever seen in my life where small repair has not taken place even after more than one month.Whenever contacted to customer service they plead to contact to service team,Why????. Am i supposed to coordinate with your department,moreover latter also always give false promises instead of doing work.Then one day suddenly & surprisingly a so called tech-person turned who did all ups and downs with chimney but then reached on conclusion that this part even after travelling long journey still carrying fault and till today, like before, no whereabouts. If anyone responsible is reading my submission then escalate or handle this bad service.

I have a brought a Kaff chimney , within a month it stopped working, i raised a complain on April 2, Complaint number JS2890. it been two months till now and the complain has not been resolved. I am from bangalore karnataka.

They wont even pick the call and respond properly, every time they ask for a week time and nothing happens.

I have been complaining from past 20 about my stove not working properly, the glass has been broken of my cooktop & my chimney bulbs are fused from past 1 month. The complain has been registered in the name of mr. Naresh Anand

There are so many false commitments been made that there will b a visit in 2 days and so on. But there is no response from your side.

Hi, We have taken a contract on 18.1 2016 for 4 services on assurance that we would be getting the services done. but not even a single service has been done. My 4 gas stove burners are not working properly some smell is coming and the flame is uneven. contacted the customer care since past one week but nobody has still turned up. call centre people are everyday assuring to send people for service. worst service experience.

I am a very disappointed user of Kaff products .Its almost a year I bought my dishwasher,but have not been successful in using it.Worst part is the service people come after many reminders and they too fail to rectify the problem . This time they have taken the PCB since one month and no satisfactory answer is being given.kindly find a solution for it.

Dear Sirs,

I had booked - and paid for in full -a KAFF KSQ60 cooking range through Luis & Co Lifestyle, Santa Cruz, Goa, on 25/11/2016.

Delivery of the range was done yesterday evening. The packaging was opened up by the KAFF technician a few minutes ago, after which it was noticed that the two side panels, are dented at the front lower ends, thus effecting the smooth opening & shutting of the oven door. In addition, the dents are visible & are unsightly. It appears that the damage has occurred while the range was being packed - possibly due to it being dropped. I have contacted the dealer who informs me that another KAFF technician will be coming to my residence after about an hour to check the range.

Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed especially since we had to wait for nearly two weeks for delivery. As a paying customer, I refuse to accept this damaged piece and demand a full replacement - at no cost to me - as soon as possible.

Complaint - 4 refer our earlier mail.
Dear Sir,

With regret we like to state that we have bought 3 chimneys including canary island and two Hob for our new house from your representative posted in Allahabad dt 4.1.16, 23.1.16 and 28.1.16 routed through your dealer Raj Marbles Allahabad.

Firstly no one bothered to come and demonstrate/installation from the time it is installed.

Secondly Chimney filter cleaning procedure is not advised or demonstrated.

Thirdly my complaint from last two months for Hob that ignition is not working and we have to use lighter to operate the gas, but no body has bothered to come and check the same.

Fourth there is problem in one burner, in a set of four burner. Despite repeated calling to your representative Mr Manish who is least bothered to pick up the phone after selling the product.

Fifth totally untrained person had come to install the chimney who had made full writing impression on the cabinet panel. For your reference please find attach photo also the same was forwarded to Manish on his mobile.

Sixth discount offered before order was not passed on the invoice.

Seventh Onside Jali(exhaust) was committed to be installed despite several perusal was not installed.

Very sad this is level of customer service being provided by your Company. We were committed to buy Micro, OTG and dish washer from Kaff itself but anyhow had gone for IFB looking at your service quality. Very strange that after selling no one is bothered to pick the phone.

Please we request you once again to kindly get our complaint resolved and proper handing over process should be initiated from your company.

I have logged a complaint 4 days ago. But still no service person attended the complaint. Seems there is no escalation matrix available for Kaff Customers, which causes delay from the service staff. this is definitely a bad signal to customers of Kaff.

This has reference to Your authorised service centre Raghavendra Enterprises service sheet no.6169 dt 28-07-2017 against their job no.KF 118116. Complaint was registered for malfunction of auto ignition in two burners on 25-07-2017 thro' toll free customer care Number. It was attended on 27-07-2017by mechanic introduced himself as Mr. Lakshmanan from Raghvendra Enterprises, Arumbakkam, Chennai, after a call from mobile no.7299032363. After checking, he said will attend next day with new spare parts. On 28-07-2017 and changed N 703 BG HOB auto ignition pins 2nos and collected from us cash Rs1200/- Previous to service the flame of all burners were normal and all the burners were intact. After servicing we found the flame was dull and not as was before servicing. While changing the auto ignition pin of the centre burner, he had bent the burner frame and due to that, seating of burner is defective.. When it was brought to his notice, he assured that will be rectified next day but did not attend to the problem at all. Further avoided the calls from us and keep on avoiding. When he attended the call lastly on 01-08-2017 at 8.33 evening, his way of answering was really shocking and said he will not attend the defects. When he is said it will be brought to the company' s notice,he said he is prepared to face the company.

Finally on further request he said he will come tomorrow i.e.,on 02-008-2017 before 1.O'clock. I am really surprised whether the technicians have knowledge /training to service the KAFE products. If the problem is not solved

I bought a kaff hob and cooker hood on 22/02/2017 from jaihind hardwares (changanacherry, kottayam district,Kerala). I registered a complaint 40 days before (kf112502) no one called and no one came. once again i registered a complaint some 5 days before (kf123260) no one has called me. how many more time u need sir, r u planning to wait for one year and come for servicing so that the warranty will be over. I am even willing to give the product back to you just give me back one third price that i have paid for this stupid product. yesterday i bought another stove so that i can cook. thanks for your wonderful service (9744787104).

I had logded a complaint on 27th June 2017 ( kf 108575 ) for the first time regarding the non functioning of my dish washer. One technician had come but was unable to solve the problem. After repeated requests to the service head another technician had come bur again the problem remain unsolved.There is some problem with the motor of the machine. I have again logded a fresh complaint (kf 138963 ). Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I am not able to use my dish washer and i am very disappointed with service provided by KAFF.
