The customer care of the company is useless, it never works or is always buy. If you buy from Lloyds you are on your own, there never respond to complaints. Worst company.

In my Lloyd AC remote app there is no such model number of LS-13A3LP and this is creating issue for me. Is this what Lloyd provides service to the people of our country.. Don't make such apps in which you don't have your own model number. I hated this app the most of all apps of AC remote. Take this issue into consideration as soon as possible and reply me.

This is Ashok kumar jain from A106, East azad nagar, Delhi 110051. My washing machine was not functioning well so I had called to your company for checking for it. The technician reported us that some parts if the washing machine have been damaged so we have to repair them. We have to pay Rs.800 for it. He had last visited on 7th march 2019 and had told us that he will be back within a week but yet he had not arrived with the suitable parts. If we called him up so he is answering that the company had not yet given him the parts.

We are so annoyed now. Please take this issue into consideration as soon as possible. It will be if great help.

I have a Lloyd split AC. i called up on cc for repair they came but they changed my ac setting now AC is not properly working. they are not picking up call on cc.

28sep23 ko complaint ki thi llyod tv 32 inch. display issue. black screen show. banda aaya bola ki setting ka issue hai update karna padega. at that time problem resolved.

next day 29sep23, same issue create. i again call to kanpur service center and send tv screen whatstapp send. then thy respond your tv panel is defective and not repairable. purchase new tv. We have paid 590/ service charge and 1 month warranty from kanpur service center.

I have already share my problem. plz rectify as soon as possible.
