I have purchased car from SC Auto Corporation, Thane (W).

With great regret I would like to book a complaint with you. My car met with an accident 15th Nov 2014, Saturday on a bridge adjacent to Korum Mall, Eastern Express Highway, with a great damage to the car at the backside. Next day I got my car towed to the Service Centre of Cheverolet on Pokharan Rd. No2, Thane (W). Since then it is lying there untouched.

My insurance for last year got over in July 2014, and I submitted the renewal cheque to SC Auto Corporation, Thane (W) on 28th July 2014. The insurance company is United India Insurance Company Ltd. As I had not received the insurance policy till now, I presumed it to be misplaced by the courier company etc. I asked the Service Centre to get the details from Insurance Department of their company, i.e. SC Auto Corporation. After two days, to my great dismay and shock, I was told that the cheque given was never submitted by SC Auto Corporation to United India Insurance Co. Ltd. and hence my car was without insurance cover till the date of accident! I immediately contacted the SC Auto's insurance department and they confirmed that the cheque was lying with them as the lady in charge of depositing cheques with insurance companies had suddenly left the job!

I took up the matter with Mr.Vaibhav Pawar, Group Head - Insurance, SC Auto Corporation. He has been very, very rude with me and blames me for not following up on the said cheque not debited in the bank statement instead of taking the responsibility. After heated arguments, he agreed to discuss matter with the owner of the showroom to sort the matter out but so far he has not done so.

My car is lying in the service centre since 16th Nov without any solution in sight due to carelessness and callousness of M/s. SC Auto Corporation and its staff.

I strongly request Chevrolet Management to do something about this and get my matter sorted out immediately.

I am using your product for past 3 years Beat diesel - ps model, i was driving a car on 19.5.15 while in national highways Coimbatore to salem. in between the car was suddenly stopped, at 80km/h speed, there was no control on the car suddenly, i cant able to control the whole system.

If some accident will happen means what can i do at the time.God's grace there was no accident has been happened,further how can i proceed your car to recommend others. its a very dangerous thing (Chevrolet Beat), i called upon your service executive of ANAMALLAIS AGENCIES COIMBATORE he said "bring your car by private recovery van" and i brought it to your service center. they checked upon it and said that the alternate motor has been not working and hence the ignition is not working.you have to change the alternate motor... and there was no stock here and he has ordered the alternate motor and it will be delivered within 4 days.

i am a professional in an MNC. i cant able to continue my daily visits by my car. so, i say that your car is not a safety car for safety journey..hereafter i am going to look after the problem in consumer court because while a man driving a car in 80 km/h speed..suddenly if the car has been stopped means how can he control the car at that peak time while driving...if some cars has been following his car at same 80 km/h speed means the following cars also cant able to control the car..then the huge accident will be happened.

i want a reasonable solution for this compliant or please refund my car amount and i will return ur car then i can buy a another safety car from other brands. i want the solution for this complaint within 2 days or else i will continue surely in consumer court.

I bought beat ls from sv motors in june 2012, Amritsar Punjab. I am not satisfied with the service from 1st service done, after every service I have go back to the workshop to fix the same problem. After running 65000 kms there is starting problem...they advice to change battery. but problem is still there...second is high consumption of engine oil, now again car is again in workshop. Kindly help,,,

IN padam motor patiala i see the most worst service in my life .I think why i purchase cruze because the service is so poor .I fed up from the service god save people from padam motor patiala and from gm motor because they dont need customer satisfaction why company give them dealership.

I feel fortunate to be advised by my close friend to avail car service at TREO chevrolet service centre, Okhla phase I, Delhi. My car was in worst condition with avalanche of errors before I booked its service under Mr. JP sharma who wholeheartedly worked on my car along with his technical support team and his hard efforts made the service a success.

I must appreciate, apprehend & applaud the sincerity, spirit & satisfying service of Mr. JP sharma ( advisor ) along with his team. Thanks to Treo chevrolet staff for showing immense gratitude and courtesy towards me.

I bought beat Ls from Sri Venkateshwar Autocare Pvt. Ltd. Jhansi Kanpur Road, Goramachhiya, Jhansi 284001 in nov 2014, Jhansi uttar pradesh. I am not satisfied with the service from 1st service and i did not get my free car accessories. 7 months passed but they did not give my accessories... Kindly help.

I m tired of my car in spite of it being regularly serviced at your authorized service center. The last time i gave it for service and repair it had a fuel pump problem which was replaced early in warranty. Now the heating coil is gone as per the service adviser and the service center it is not available at all and they are expecting it to be available by 22nd Aug 2015 that to not confirmed. My cars fh left shock absorber was changed in the warranty and the same one is leaking again. I guess the parts that you put in warranty are below slandered. The oil sump in the car is located at such a place that even at the smallest bump it starts leaking and the solution that is used to seal the pump is of 2 qualities in the service station that i have seen with my own eyes. Now if the spare is not available its not my problem when asked for a loner car i got a replay that its not available. i m facing a lot of inconvenience without the car. please look into it and try to help me if possible. .

I have purchased Chevrolet Enjoy LTZ (Petrol) carfrom Nikhil Automobiles Worli in Feb-2014. It got timely serviced as per your norms.The experience with the particular piece is not satisfactory to me. I am facing inappropriate rise in acceleration and virtually car becomes uncontrollable since January 2015. The vehicle has clocked only 14000 Kms. The vehicle really becomes so noisy n uncontrollable that it may cause accident some day. The service provider at workshop is taking care of the problem but eventually the solution lasts for few days. Too many times the vehicle have visited and many times got communicated with Delhi office to overcome problem. For that matter you may check the frequency of vehicle visit from Nikhil Service centre at Rey Road. I expect positive and permanent solution to this problem.

R/s I have purchased a sail sedan top model on 24/09/15 but at the delivery time they have not given tool box and the service of the aryamaan motors karnal is also very much poor. Even in my previous car beat they have stolen the tools of the car.That time also no action was taken against the employees. I hope you will resolve the problem and if the action was not taken I forcefully take the help of court.

I bought a Chevrolet Sail sedan car from Urban Dimapur, Nagaland in 2013. My problem is the dealership in Dimapur is so weak that to get spare parts takes so long where it takes more a month or two. It happen within one and half year I have to replace engine twice and it is Third engine I am using. More than six months I have my to keep my vehicle with the dealer. As a matter of fact it really give untold inconvenience to rely on the dealership if some part goes wrong with the vehicle. Now my immediate requirements is I need Arm controller bushings to be replaced. Fortunately we have one chevrolet. Mechanic at kohima, however the question is how to get original parts. Please help me immediately.

I m having Chevrolet Captiva SUV which was given for service at Nikhil automobile which is goragoan east. In the evening when i received the car first it was not washed properly n second it was having rough scratch that is new in d front bumper rt side n third they were not committed to time of delivery n ac technician came to pik up n drop of d car just because he stays nearb. And about d bill d stupid service advisor was unable to explain me. so please dont give ur car for service at Nikhil automobile.

I have bought this car from empire cars pvt.Ltd, Surat, Gujarat. I have given my car for cluch pedal change in the month of December 2015 and than given for general service on 28/1/16. That time I have given the complain in written that some noise is coming from the front side.It means from engine.The technical person did not work on my this complain of noise from the engine.

Now the big and serious issue is that before few days my cars started to flow smokes. So that I gave my car to company on 21/4/16 for checking. Now they are saying that 'the turbo' of car is failed and it will be charged 20000. And after that if the car do not stop to flow smoke the engine may fail and may repair the engine and it may charge heavy. Its my humble request that how it may possible? I have every time service my car at the showroom service centre.

Before 4 months I have changed oil from the out side authorised person. Because I am out of city far away from the surat and that time I found the engine oil weak.So I called to the showroom customer care number and conformed everything about oil and than changed. Now if any issue of oil or engine or turbo the technician should say me when I gave my car on 28/4/16. Now in two months how can my car's turbo and engine become faulty.Its just because of in the last service technician do not checked it.

Now I request you high authority to take action on this issue.The dealer is not helping me. And help me in repair of my this issue of car. Hoping your positive reply.

I have a compliant to the office of chevrolet PADAM MOTORS at Ludhiana that they can't solve our problems if we have any problem regarding the car..Padam motors takes one day to the work which may be of just few hours..i am not satisfied with the service of chevrolet from Padam motors, Ludhiana. we can take any proper solutions from them. the staff of Pdam motors cant cooperate with us. they take longer time to cover the work which may be finish in few hours.

Hello sir/madam,

i am the owner of a Chevrolet beat diesel car purchased it in august 2015,as still the has not a year done my car tyres are gone to shape less situation. As i am the regular user of the car till date i had done 21000 kms and now as sudden the tyres are not in good condition i gone to the nikhil autos a authorized gm dealers in goregaon they checked the car and game me the report of the tyres alignment and told me that there is the problem in there tyres and it should be dangerous driving in this situation. if i drive the tyres could have been blast and get an accident, so they told me that the fault is with the tyres company which is goodyear they called the executive and submitted the report too. The executive came after 3 days and told there is not an issue with the tyres as i expected with them. then after many phone calls and request he then told me that only 1 tyre he can replace with 40% dep, but what about the other 2 tyres he told me that thats my problem i didnt drive good.

As i am the regular user of car till date my car is in mint condition no one can say that its a 11 months old car and i regularly do services then how he can tell me this. As i request u to look forward to it and please solve my problem as still my car is in warranty and i am liable to relace my 3 tyres by gm or good year please reply fast as the car is been regularly used and now theres a week the car in my parking.

We are using Chevrolet Enjoy Car for the last 3 years, we have given this car for service, 1 month has been passed but still they have not done as per our instruction, we often go your workshop at Navsari but they are not giving good answer our car is still there. Today also we have visited at showroom but still not complete. We are very tired of this please help us in this matter. This car under supervision MR. PINKESH RAJPUT. On the day 29th May 2016 when I was purchasing some cloths and house hold goods from Vishal Mega Mart, Jammu and my above mentioned car was park in front of the Mall. I have changed my Cevorlet enjoy windshield on 13th of october2017 but windshield is not satisfactory at night when lighth come from out side spider shape light occurs and difficult to saw out side when i complain for this to service center they are not responding. the Service center is in dhanbad jharkhand sourabh cevorlet.

I m animesh form W. B. india, railway engineer. I used Chevy sail Diesel last 5 years found more than 25 kmpl even after 240000 km ride, I feel high ini torqe of my car than toyota, honda and the other manufacturer. I feel really best experience with this sporty looks nice car. I request you to back again in india so that I can buy a new Chevy as per my choice.
