IFB washing machine repairs not complied within the warranty period of 4 years. now the machine was not working due to drum, tub etc problems. the expected expenses will be rs.9000/- we are middle class family. can we spent rs.25000/- once in 4 years. pl do needful. otherwise we will convert from ifb to whirlpool.

I am the customer of IBF since long. I have registered the complain for repairing, engineer had given estimate more than 5000, I have paid Rs 590 for visiting ,my complain is the service charge taken by the company is very high (He told me there is a Rs 590 service charge for coming and check whether you are ready to repair or not), I have paid for the same.

I have asked to your customer care to give me writing that It is our company rule. but no one is ready to give me writing that our engineer will only check the machine after giving the charge of Rs 590.

So far i have not get any response about the same, I cant understand if it is company rule why are you not giving in writing.

सर मैं 11 जुलाई 17 को एक खरीदा जो मकैनिक लगाने आया ओ लगा के चला गया और दीवाल में जो होल किया उसमे POP नही लगाया न ही लगाने के लिए बोला 26 को a c चूहे द्वारा नुकसान हो गया 27 को पार्ट खोल के ले गया मकैनिक आज तक नही लगाया बार बार फोन करने पे आज कल किये हुए है आज भी यह कहा गया है कि मिर्जापुर से मकैनिक आ रहा है 10:30 रात के9 आपके घर जाएगा बहुत ही बेकार रिसपॉन्स है आपके सर्विस का 1 महीना को हो गया अभी तक एक समान नही लग पाया गोविंद प्रसाद वाराणसी उत्तर प्रदेश मोबाइल 9839159583.

Complain done on 23rd sept 2018 - sunday. Registered by them manually due to system failure, on 25th sept 2018 there was no complain booked.

Complain noted again docket no 1002118208 dtd25 th sept 2018.

Visited by technician on 28th sept found faulty motor. Motor not in stock with service centre. Ordered with company. Company not able to supply till 3rd oct 2018. Multi national company not having stock of motor (heart of washing machine??). Poor poor poor poor poor service from service center, not capable of keeping some regularparts in stock? Highly dependent on company??? Customer is waiting for service. Executive mr dinesh - mumbai (94210 27527 ) busy in meeting. not answering or replying phone calls. Is it brand image of so called multinational company " ifb ". I would give rating of 2 out of 10.

I registered complain for Repairing microwave on 5/10/2018 at 8:00 pm . Still there is no response for repair of microwave after 40 hrs that is 7/10/2018 .Service of IFB is very poor. So that I do not want to procure any product of Home appliance of IFB.. I GAVE RATING 2 OUT OF 10.

On 18th Oct perchased the dishwasher from Reliance digital at Nagole, Hyderabad. Delivered on 19th. Till today nobody is attending for installation & demo. Somebody calls up & inquires of purchasing Stand,cover etc. Regularly these calls are receiving but nobody turns up for Installations.

Request to resolve the issue otherwise no option I have to return the product to Reliance & lodge FIR for customer harassment.

i am in velachery i am the regular customer. i bought front load washing machine in 2014. In my family also bought washing machine my mother my sister and my brother. i want to complaint ifb washing machine service centre because of this bad service your product will not be good.

I am facing problem with my washing machine TL- SDG 8.0 KG AQUA last 10 days. I lodged complaint through customer care twice. I got call once from an agency called APEX services Mira Road & second time from SS services Borivali. live in Thane. I both agencies try to mislead me. Than I contacted Mr. Pravin IFB in Mumbai. subsequently DATAR service from Thane visited & reported that there is a problem with Clutch assembly. The same is replaced by them. Still the problem is not resolved. the cloths get bundled up in the machine during spinning. Your prompt action to resolve the issue is highly appreciated. S N P swamy.

In 6 months of buying machine, it had break down for more than 5 times and now again break down and they visited my home checked machine and told me there is problem in motor which needs to be replaced today is the 20th days and still the have not visited to replace and on calling them and requesting the to replace my machine they told me yes and later told me company is not allowing them.

What is this buying such expensive machine and if their is major break down within 6months 5 times they should replace it, instead for repairing flow up to majunnath the IFB repair guy he is not listing and not supporting me.

I had booked washing machine with IFB pint sector-9 Panchkula by paying 100% advance.But machine was not delivered in promised period. Calls to dealers mobile remained unanswered. Even after delivery there was delay in installation. The IFB point fellow was totally unresponsive. It seems his job is only to collect payment- no further.Even when he said he would enquire and let me know, he never came back to give feed back on the follow up action taken by him.

Sir, I am purchasing IFB AC at Suryapet, Telangana state, it is in guarantee period, but AC got trouble, then I complained at our IFB point on 05-11-2018, and I received a massage from company it is my complaint Ticket No. is 1002314758. And IFB technician came to our home on 09.11.2018 from Nalgonda IFB servicing center, technician checked that AC and found board problem, and said after few days I am bring that board, he went away, till to date no one bring the board for AC till to date my AC was not working, I went to IFB point asked what about my complaint then he phoned to Nalgonda servicing center, another side executive talked with me and said I don't know when ur AC was repaired, board was needed from company, if wanna to complain call the customer care. Somany times asking to your technicians but no one takes responsible.

Nearly 35 days my AC is not working, your company has harassed me, I think I did blunder mistake buy your IFB AC. I don't know how irresponsible from ur company, if you are not giving the proper service then please shut your company and don't cheat the consumers.

Please send your technician take my AC and don't need your product, I am giving your AC Will be back with free of cost, I think about my money i was loss.

I hope Yours IFB servicing centers and products are worst in the world, so please don't cheat consumers for earning money. I'm going to Consumer forum for justice, because I am middle class common man. The AC budget is high in my regular expenditure however I purchased but you are smashed my happiness and money, enjoy Sir your entire team it's rocking time to defeated a common man.

Complaint no 100230963 dt 03 Nov 2018. I think your Pondicherry service center is in sleep mode or they have no technical expertise to resolve the issues with your products Both ways i am at loss inspite of the machine in AMC though i am a regular IFB customer of more than 20 yrs, not going to be in future once the AMC is over for my washing machine and dish washer because i thought only Pondicherry gives poor customer service but going through the comments above it looks the service is poor every where. Anyways i request you pl get my product repaired through your pondicherry center at the earlist?? (after one month of complaint) and i rate your services at 2/ 10 .

My washing machine purchase 2014 may. But I am used before 5 month back. Now machine high vibrant raised complaint TKT no 100230481 service person told me machine RS 4500 cost to change bold two supporting bold damaged. Warranty was expired on 2018 may. Machine used only 5 month your machine only guarantee 5 month only. ? Please rectify my washing machine with warranty. Other wise you agree machine guarantee only 5 month. I am called to service department head not able to attend call.

Sir, i bought top load washing machine. Last month i had proble due to short circuit. Ifb Service man came for service, without my permission he removed the mainboard cover and said that main board was problem u have to chave the board. On that before he had already came to my house and asked me renew the amc warranty. I said i dont want to renew it. Keeping that in mind he purposely made a repair buy removing the main board cover. And the fault which was shown in the indication was change into another fauly and they forced us to renew tha warranty and collected extra money from us for the mainboard and he never gave us the mainboard which he removed from our washingmachine saying some office problem. Altogether he collected 7500 from us. Our warranty was renew But still from the nextday of service my machine is creating problem.when i called the service man he is cheating me saying, i will come today, tomorrow. I was waiting and waiting for the solutions. Both ifb serviceman in our area cheated and collected 7500 rs from us

I have given a complaint regarding repairs to my washing machine on 19th and 20th November. Based on my complaint one of your Technician inspected the machine and promised to do the required repairs after December 15th, 19. As my AMC commenced from 31st October, 19, and I am supposed to wait till the completion fo 45 days required. Now the required period is over I request to attend the repairs at the earliest. २०१४ मे मैंने IFB का फ्रन्ट लोऽ मशीन लीया था
चार साल तक केर सेवा अच्छी २ही,
मगर हर बार पार्ट बदल देने की बात थी, हमे खर्च करना पडा, अभी ४ महीने पहले मशीन चालू था और आख२ी १० मिनट पहले स्टॉप हो गया, फोरमेन बोला बदलना पडेगा २००० तक खर्चा होगा, नया पार्ट आया, फिर भी काम न हुआ, पार्ट निकाल दिया, पुराना लगा दिया, टोप मे कुछ सफाई की और मशीन चालू हो गई, अब मशीन का टब का बेल्ट उत्तर गया है तो वो कहते हें की पूरा ड्रम बदलना पड़ेगा और ८००० से उपर का खर्च होगा
मेरा सवाल है की ifb २ीपे२ नही होती? क्या हर वकत पार्ट बदलना पडेगा? तो क्यो ये मशीन कोई ख२ीदना चाहेगा?

I have purchased a FRONT loaded washing machine from NOIDA Delhi NCR, I purchased this machine on 17/02/17 and till last month it was running fine.But on 2nd january 2020 all of sudden it started showing error. I raised a complaint with IFB service center .Guy from IFB service center came to check the IFB machine twice at my apartment and replace the front panel of the machine which worked for 3-4 days and next day again the issue started.

Now they are insisting to add IFB stabilizer for 3500 rupees at my home saying electricity voltage is messing up in my residence, but when I am asking him to give this in a written mail and ensure me that after putting stabilizer there IFB machine will work fine for which he is not ready, and why this is not communicated before purchasing the IFB machine that stabilizer is mandatory?

I can say I have made big mistake trusting on IFB.

Ticket no.1004794615. Compliant filed on 06.03.2020, the service are not did till date.very bad service, even they won't respond. one of worst service.
