२०१४ मे मैंने IFB का फ्रन्ट लोऽ मशीन लीया था
चार साल तक केर सेवा अच्छी २ही,
मगर हर बार पार्ट बदल देने की बात थी, हमे खर्च करना पडा, अभी ४ महीने पहले मशीन चालू था और आख२ी १० मिनट पहले स्टॉप हो गया, फोरमेन बोला बदलना पडेगा २००० तक खर्चा होगा, नया पार्ट आया, फिर भी काम न हुआ, पार्ट निकाल दिया, पुराना लगा दिया, टोप मे कुछ सफाई की और मशीन चालू हो गई, अब मशीन का टब का बेल्ट उत्तर गया है तो वो कहते हें की पूरा ड्रम बदलना पड़ेगा और ८००० से उपर का खर्च होगा
मेरा सवाल है की ifb २ीपे२ नही होती? क्या हर वकत पार्ट बदलना पडेगा? तो क्यो ये मशीन कोई ख२ीदना चाहेगा?

I have purchased a FRONT loaded washing machine from NOIDA Delhi NCR, I purchased this machine on 17/02/17 and till last month it was running fine.But on 2nd january 2020 all of sudden it started showing error. I raised a complaint with IFB service center .Guy from IFB service center came to check the IFB machine twice at my apartment and replace the front panel of the machine which worked for 3-4 days and next day again the issue started.

Now they are insisting to add IFB stabilizer for 3500 rupees at my home saying electricity voltage is messing up in my residence, but when I am asking him to give this in a written mail and ensure me that after putting stabilizer there IFB machine will work fine for which he is not ready, and why this is not communicated before purchasing the IFB machine that stabilizer is mandatory?

I can say I have made big mistake trusting on IFB.

Ticket no.1004794615. Compliant filed on 06.03.2020, the service are not did till date.very bad service, even they won't respond. one of worst service.

I bought IFB washing machine model IFB WM ELITE WX on 30.03.2019.It is not working since 07.03.2020.I lodged complaint with Ticket number 1004803559 on 07.03.2020.Your Technician attended the complaint on 08.03.2020 and confirmed that the PCB gone faulty and to be replaced.It is not repaired till today due to lack of spares in the service centre.Being an MNC,I cannot understand how your service centre is not keeping extra spare parts.Meanwhile customer is facing lot of problems.I think at least in the future your service centres will keep spare parts in reserve.Else no one will recommend to buy an IFB product.Please resolve my issue quickly

My washing machine is not working and it's under warranty. I called customer care numbers (1860 208 5678 and 1860 425 5678) but it's a paid service of Rs 5. I think it's the most expensive call rate in INDIA.

After paying Rs 5 dialed the customer care numbers, we have to get irritated from the computerized voice, also no one is going to pick the call. it disconnects automatically. I finally lost Rs 5 without gaining anything.

I mailed with my details and asking the way to raise the ticket, but nobody replied or called back to check what was the issue.

Its just because my washing machine is in warranty and free service. So ifb guys ignoring our requests. They might attend quickly if it would be the paid services.

I just want to know is this our fault that we purchased the product and on top of this we need to pay rs 5 to contact you...?   More over its not guarantee that we can speak to customer care and log a complaint.

I have given a complaint regarding repairs to my washing machine on 18 March before lockdown but still no one come to repairs, I am calling call centre daily, I was given Anurag Yadav number from call centre, he said, I don't have technician, send me e details on WhatsApp, I will send technician in a week. But no one come even after 1 month, now Anurag Yadav doesn't take the phone, if if I calling from another number he took the phone but he spoke very rudely are very irresponsible. The call centre explain the reason is covid 19 but a a technician come to my side area because of of their machine was out of warranty so he got money there but my machine is under warranty so no one come till.

I bought Front load Senorita Sx washing machine. before lockdown i had problem due to Shifting service. after my friend sent Ifb Service man came for service, without my permission he removed the mainboard cover and said that main board was problem you have to chave the board. on that next day came to my house and asked me renew the amc warranty. I said i dont want to renew it. keeping that in mind he purposely made a repair buy removing the main board cover. & the fault which was shown in the indication was change into another foult and they forced us to renew tha warranty and collected extra money from us for the mainboard and he never gave us the main board which he removed from our washing machine saying some office problem.

After one month another person came to my house give service from Hubli location he removed & checked fully Its Belt Problem just we need to change the belt we said ok. he said us, he will check for stock & bring new belt within 2 days. After 2days we again tried to calling the same person he haven't yet come & not even respond any Calls from us. I tried & tired with these contact numbers >9742151541, 8497055111, 8296844422 till now our Washing machine small issue has not yet solved from your IFB Worlds low class 3rd class Service.

Whenever i called the service person is saying me, i will come today, tomorrow. day after tomorrow, I was waiting and waiting for the solutions. Both ifb service man in our area promised but, till ow they haven't yet come for service its paid service only not FOC.

Its been 3 months we have complaint for IFB Washing machine . its my worst experience ever . no body has come to fix washing machine from last 6 months. before lockdown I'm trying every day we follow up but not one turn up for service.

Worst experience ever they dont care for customer.

IFB is expensive washing machine and also service is 3rd class veryyyyyy poor.

Hi All,

I need assistance with my IFB Top Loading Washing Machine having seriel # 021145171109044761 and its model # TL-SGDG 7.0Kg AQUA.

The problem i am facing is that its getting stopped and stuck while running and doesn't wash clothes any more. Could you please look into this at the earliest and do the needful.

Note I haven't received any acknowledgement even after 15 hours post raising a request to attend my faulty washing machine.

I registered complaints for repairing of washing machine and Ticket No.105318796 . Till date there is no any response received from technicians or ifb representative for repair. Service of IFB is very poor. So that I do not suggest any one to purchase the product of Home appliance of IFB.

I have continuosly given a complaint regarding repairs to my washing machine for 2 months . Based on my complaint one of your Technician (Omkar) which was sent from Head mechanical YASIN KHAAN SOLAPUR inspected the machine and promised to do the required repairs . after 15 days one of your technician Omkar came Nd given us a wrong suggestions that drum is not working but aftr replacement of drum still my problem isn't resolve.Now the required period is over I request to attend the repairs at the earliest. I informed, A person come he did not see any thing and give correct response to my complained, He simply told problem in Pumping and then he went. What I do now ? We registered our complaint vide ticket no.1006791589 on 06 June 2021, one representative visited checked the washing machine and informed us that door lock and PCB are at fault and need replacement. Again your representative Mr. Amarjeet Singh visited on 14 June 2021, without door lock and PCB. Mr. Amarjeet Singh took the faulty door lock and PCB with him and promised to bring the new door lock and new PCB on 16 June 2021. When I called him today 16 June 2021, he said that these parts are not available in your company. When I checked the status of my complaint ticket on your website, it is showing as cancelled. Kindly inform me the reason and date when my complaint will be resolved.

Complain done on21/04/2021, complaint docket no.10066640756,visited the technician and found PCB faulty and PCB isnot in stock with the service centre and same is ordered to the company,till date company is not able to supply PCB and nor rectified my problem and i checked the status fond cancelled without informing any thing,again i registered complaint doc no.1006864568 and no one is attended the issue and they informed over phone will look after lock down ,I request you to resolved the issue at the Earliest ,my contact no. 9986865472and AMC no AMC/EW no: 60749372

Machine is totally down since long and no update from IFB. We have been informing since long, when machine started giving indication of frequent problem. Such as, the washing machine used to trip the the mains. Though it was frequent, and by powering up the mains, it used to work again. Along with that, the heating stopped working, the machine used to run hard, but the engineer visited, took it lightly, and and said to keep on observation. Now it is totally down, and on last visit they said the PCB need to be replaced. But no one turned, since then. The ticket status also shows as closed.

It is under AMC since day one. Don't know, is it due to company policy, as not to encourage AMC customers. Old reference number 1006772545, new ticket : CB7195700068.
