I bought Senorita Aqua VX 6 KG 1000RPM washing machine. It gets shock and the water gets leak from the machine. I already informed this defect to ur branch of service centre. they came and tried to resolve the repair but still it is resolved so try to resolve the defect as soon as possible.

Hello I am from Chandigarh. I am not happy with Service. Really Very Bad Customer Service. I have IFB front load fully automatic washing machine from 1 year. I booked 1st Warrenty service. But I call the service person too many times . Even they book the service and give us the time as well as. But after long wait still they not visit for service. It’s really unprofessional service. Very bad and unprofessional service.

I have bought ifb front loaded washing machine in the year of 2020 just before lockdown. I have no problem but I just want to service my machine for better. I use it daily and all things are washed here. So I just need a service.

They have provided bug product. We were facing issues in 2 months. No proper services. No permanent fixes. Very disappointed....

I got AMC of my ifb washing machine and microwave oven on 15 oct 22 for two years each. I paid the amount and I was given receipt voucher No 044531 and 044532 respectively my representative of IFB industries limited, No1/1 Kanniamman nagar main road, vanagaram, Chennai 600095.I was told that within 2 to 3 days I would be getting message of AMC from IFB for both the items. But even after waiting for more than 2 weeks I did not receive any message, I reported the matter to ifb customer care and they put me on conference call with the local representative and I was assured matter would be resolved same day .Now even after 18 days I have not received any response and the individual who had come for doing AMC is not responding phone calls. The local ifb office neither understand English nor hindi adding on to no go situation.Please address the issue at your end and please ensure local office to have at least a English understanding individual. Request for early resolution. Thanks

Even after giving written complain in the site no one till date has bothered to call up to find out the matter or resolve the issue .I don't think they have any system to resolve the problems raised in the site.

In response to my email on the subject I am receiving typical response again and again that my product is out of free service period. IFB guys have bunked my free services, ever since the incorrect installation by your incapable technicians, no one visited again as promised for free service nor any message or call by the IFB. IFB failed to provide me the legitimate free services to my product in time when it was due. After having fed up by the same typical response by IFB, I called the technician from other company and to my surprise, got to know that the gas has been leaked because of incorrect installation by the IFB Technician.

Having perused the comments by other customers above, I feel that IFB is not providing services properly, and I curse myself for not having reviewed last year before purchasing the IFB Product.

I request IFB to please make my AC functional at the cost of IFB even for the leaked Gas as this happened due to incorrect installation by IFB Technicians.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Hiren Donga. From Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 382350. I bought a new washing machine on 1st March 2020 and model no is TMW: SGDG 7 Kgs AQUA-N. On this product, IFB Appliances give a 4-year super warranty. After purchasing a new washing machine after one year every 2 to 3 months some issues occurring, but last 6-month washing machine has shown more issues.

Every time I complained in the IFB service center, accordingly technician come and says you have not used the proper washing machine, and due to our fault washing machine shows this problem.
IFB technician says the electric circuit was not working due to contact with water for the last 6 months, but the same issue was noticed after 2 months of purchasing a brand new IFB washing machine in our case, They visited that time but the problem was not solved, But now when washing machine showing more issue that time technician says it's your problem. After buying a washing machine your service technician comes for service but, your technician never services of washing machine they see the washing machine but never solve the problem.

Now your technician says the electric circuit is an outside part that doesn't include in IFB super warranty so it was chargeable. Do you think the electric circuit is the outside part??? I never expected this type of answer this is so a ridiculous answer. According to your terms and condition of warranty, you must repair our washing machine without any cost. If you take charges like this does it mean warranty? IFB has never right to write this type of warranty.

After 2 months of IFB brand new washing machine drum lamp was not working, After 3 years still no drum lamp update.

I complained on 30 June 2022 (Mob. No 9016789185) but still no update please solve this issue and take an update from your technician. I had never seen this type of service in my life and I was frustrated with your products. In the past, I used 2 washing machines but didn't shows this type of service and warranty.

I took Microwave owen pizza maker. Since 2 months nobody is bothered to solve my problem. Gachibowli franchisee technician visited checked wasted 12 pizzas and informed manager. Now they are not lifting my phone. Executive mobile will get switched off. Technician will not lift customer care number also. He will cut the phone. Such a worst service worst management. I never found. 100s of phone calls I have done but no response.
