Sub: Complaint regarding poor service of Daikin

Dear Sir,
We have installed few Daikin Air conditions in our factory and at the residence of our Managing Director. This is regarding once of the Air Conditioner installed from them at above address. The Bottom frame drain tray was damaged (leaked) for which we have made a complaint vide NO. 1437048 dt. 13.06.2018

The complaint was attended by team of M/s Unique Cool point they took 15-20 days to arrange the required part FTYN50JXV16 (Bottom frame drain tray). After so many days on 05.07.2018 they arrange the tray and that too big in size which could not be placed and now they are arranging the other tray to resolve the problem.

vide ref no. GHA0607201814585457 (Our Unique Customer ID is 10047215).

The have assured us to arrange the part in 5 days but Still after passing a week they are unable to arrange the same.

We have passed the whole summer without the use of Air-conditioner. We are feeling cheated by installing Daikin make Air-conditioner. We are following up the matter on daily basis but nothing happened and keep assuring us by giving another date which never comes.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve our problem otherwise I would be forced to opt the option of Consumer court.

I Purchased a Daikin 1.5 ton 5 star Split AC from Umar Enterprises Private Limited, Patna on 8th of July 2018 cooling of Air Condition stopped. I complained the Next day. An Engineer arrive on 10th of july said indoor unit of AC kit is burst. On 11th july AC kit changed but cooling of AC was not working. After 2 days Senior Engineer arrive and said there is a manufacturing defect in outdoor unit near condenser. I have complained 4-5 times but problem have not been solved yet.

This is inform you that i have complaint against my split ac regarding cooling coil. they replaced after 10 days but the guy broken chassis at the time of replacement of cooling coil. dealer told that we r not replaced this bcoz it is not covered under warranty..check that complaint no and do the needful.

Hi guys,

I think this is 111th call to Daikin regarding a simple noise issue from a indoor unit of cassette A/C which is still in warranty period but the irony is no one is able to resolve the problem! The only thing I get to hear is APOLOGY, which I hate. I’ve 5 Daikin A/C’s at my home in which two are cassette n three are split.

There’s a irritating whistling noise issue from the indoor unit which the technician also experienced n took the video of it n went off with no response at all??? In fact the local technician to whom the job is assigned is illegally changing my address of complaint n closing it without my knowledge, is this what the so called great Daikin company is doing.

In that case I’ll take this matter seriously n deal it in a appropriate manner! FYI ...I had a conversation with your supervisor SUNIL as well but no response yet.....WORST OF ALL!!!

Since last one year the swing flap is damaged of three air conditioning units. Complain given to Cool line Agency Surat for new. They said it costs about Rs 750/- then they said 950 then again they called up it is 1250/- plus even the motor is to be changed. We said okay atleast do it but they say the parts are not available. I think this is the one of third class product and the authorised dealer Coolline in Surat is one of the worst company to deal with. Kindly look into this complaint at your earliest and oblige.

A/C replacement because this a/c is old version 2013 purchaseing date 03/01/2019 book no. 23
mai 45 din se complain kiye h abhi tak koi complen nahi hui. I am booked spare parts books but koi parts abhi tak nhi aaya so this a/c replacement kariye. immediately update karaiye.

Sir we are from aamantran hotel and banquets Hyderabad we are using Daikin ac vrv system for banquets, restaurant & rooms but from last two years.

We have taken new AMC n march ending 2019 by march ending previous years 1 full service s pending and from april to till now only 4th floor and 3rd floor banquets ac service is done but in 4th floor ac"s are not running properly till date 3rd floor rooms and second floor rooms first floor restaurant service not done yet when we tried to contact Mr Ganesh 9246524620 is not responding properly and Mr Shiva 8790188022 is saying will do but not taking proper steps. now we are facing a problem with rooms ac ac in Second floor and AC in and 4th floor also not working. we have been kept our banquet and second floor rooms vacant from last week please take proper action.

Please solve this as early as possible or else give our AMC amount refund. because of the AC issues daily customers are raising complains and its becoming overall headache for us. please kindly check the service records of our hotel at your dealer and take proper action or we will go to consumer forum.

I purchase 2 split ac. Out of two one ac after 15 days of purchase PCB board has breaks down. I complain for that, after 1 month your company have provided the part.

After that 15 days after noise issue arise, again I complain for that issue, your service boy come to see the problem but he fail to do that and he broken a part. He told that within 4 days the part provided but now almost 45 days gone but no one provide the part.

Now before 6 days I comlain for not working of remote, but no one has visited.

Sir can I apologize for purchase THE DAIKIN brand....? I think I am.

Hi,

We have purchased DAIKIN ETKL50TV AC from Reliance Retail Limited, Flat No 41 & 42,CTH Road, Near Sangamam Hotel, Ambattur, Chennai-600053 as per Tax Invoice#897910419500393 Dt 15/10/2019 17:18:57.

The Reliance Resq team came for Installation to my home on 17.10.2019 around 01.00 PM and started the installation process and found Gas leak and Heat wave coming from AC Indoor Unit and after installation completed High Noise coming from Outer unit Fan also. They took photo and Invoice copy for complaint to HO and assure us for replacement of Indoor and Outdoor unit. After some Days RIL Digital return the Faulty Daikin AC and replace with NEW AC.

Now again the Daikin AC was in Trouble, the AC Compressor was not working due to Outdoor Unit PCB Board was fault as per your Resq Team Person Mr. Kalai Sevam - 96555 50489. We requested a Job card for the same and he has not yet shared it with us except for the cash bill attach this mail.

We are wondering how the Outdoor unit PCB Board was faulty within 2 year. When we purchased the time itself AC was not working properly due to Faulty AC supplied by RIL to us.

This will create a bad image in the DAIKIN AC.

Kindly help us to resolve the issue ASAP

Today raised a complaint regarding AC not Working, 2 People came and they Identify that , Gas leak, bottom frame broken , cooling coil already repaired two /three times in last 45 days that's cooling coil defective.

Went back and said someone will call you for repair.
