We would want to inform you that your booking is not confirmed and we have processed full refund of Rs. 881.00 against Yatra Reference Number -: 0905898407732 on 09 MAY 2018. In case of refund to bank account/credit card, yatra takes 24 Hrs to process your refund. Further the private sector bank may take 2 to 3 working days and public sector bank may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

I have booked the bus tickets on 12-05-2018 at 06:52:16 with yatra.com from Kalpana travels from Nathdwara (Udaipur) to Jaipur (date of travel 13-05-2018 using debit card (axis bank). The amount deducted is INR 2100.00 but ticket didnot booked. Reference number Info: PUR/YATRA PayU APIN/// received through SMS. Request to arrange to revert back the amount urgently.

Non receipt of rail ticket
I have booked rail reservation of sleeper class in Udaipur khajurao express of 24 may 2018, but after making payment the site of yatra.com directed me to Indian railway site i.e. Irctc.co.in where i could not do anything as there is no box for further processing of booking of my ticket and when tried to contact on given phone no. of yatra.com for customer support, they are not attending my calls.

Not attending my phone calls
Hi, I had booked Jewels of Europe for May,2018 tour and I had paid Rs. Sixty thousand by cheque at your Mumbai office through your employee Mr. Ashraf Shaikh. He did not process our visas because we could not give him all the required documents and hence my booking was cancelled. I was assured that I will be given a credit note of rupees sixty thousand and I could book any other international tour till March, 2019. So I requested your employee Mr.Ashraf to book my tour to Dubai. But till date he us only saying that I am doing but nothing is done at your end. And he does not attend my phone calls also.
Hence, it us my humble request that if Yatra is not willing to return my money or as assured book any other tour in return then please give me in writing so that I can do the needful at my end. This is only to bring this matter to your notice and if I do not receive a genuine clarification from your side, I will take necessary strict action against your company n your official. Please be informed.

My first experience itself worst in yatra - bad service
Yates international booking service is very bad. After I booked only I came to know that luggage (other handbag 7 kg) isn't allowed on plane. When I try to call customer care 18602000900, 04442105353, 04442105353, none of the line is connecting. Yatra service increasingly giving tension. I don't understand how in goibibo is allowed (we can take 20kg). In yatra isn't allowed. I want to carry luggage without additional charge for baggage. Yatra need help!!!

Amount deducted but Booking not done
I tried to book a room in jaipur on 6/7/18. Rs 2232 was deducted from my account but I didn't get confirmation. I visited the hotel but I was told that they have not received any message from yatra.

I need to cancel my booking with yatra.com with above ref but Yatra.com website says I cannot, as I traveled in one way, special tariff bookings cannot be refunded. I reached out local Air India office to enquire this and they confirmed they will refund 10k+ amount to Yatra.com on cancellation of ticket. I made a request before one week and a follow up email but no response from Yatra!
Is this something you would like to look at Yatra?
