I had booked the tour in yatra.com Nagpur with Rs 96000 by Lohit Dambe. But my experience is very very bad no facility provided in tour except Hotel and not refund my money and not received my phone also. pl refund me as early as possible.

This is to inform that I had cancelled my flight from Varanasi to Chennai on 26th March as it was rescheduled to our inconvenience.We cancelled it on the website on 4th March but still did not get refund .
