My network Speed has dropped to 00.10kbps and I can't browsing any side last from june and i try jio call centre and i also check my mobile from company. i talk customerr care and he told me Please wait some days we resolve your problem but till day it is same. and last 4-5 days speed is 0.00kb what can i do?

After I started using immediately the consumption shown as 1 GB and didn’t permit what’s app browsing. When I checked up my usage chart it was showing 16.10mp at 12.08 am. It really puzzled me and I am almost without internet for the last 3 days. This type of cheap trick really making us to loose the impression on much published Jio.

Yesterday I made a complaint about non-extending of free 1GB as promised. Today also even before opening my mobile a message received having used 50% of 1GB internet. How can it be possible unless misleading and fooling the public. Initial 1week after shifting to Jio internet extended perfectly but after one week these types of tricks are played. It is disgusting. I didn’t get even acknowledgment for my complaint. Even customer care number menu never permit to contact the customer care person. Yesterday I made nearly 50 calls to Hyderabad office and no body lifted. Pl. resolve this problem.

I am Gopinath using jio sim in Jiofi 2 device the signal strength is very poor and it is connected as less than 2g signal. i visited besant nagar jio retail shop which i buy the jiofi 2 device they are not responding. i contacted jio customer care many times they told me this problem will solve within a september but still the problem persist. Why should i pay 399 without using jio data. charge is draining so fast bcoz of data loading. its not true 4g its not volte services. first Jio retail shops should respect customer requests but they are very worst service i ever seen. at a time of selling jiofi device they are acting like a actors and after that they are not responding. shame on this.

Now-a-days Jio 4g voice app is looking very bad because 2week before and all when we turn on the net means the Jio 4g voice app is connected within 5 to 10 sec. but now it takes minimum 10min to connect. it says that please check your Internet connection but my internet speed is 1Mbps. I don't know the reason why it's takes too long to connect. plz react and resolve the issue.... plz My Jio no-8072226866.

Jio network has become much weak since now, due to which the speed of the net has become quite slow. There is a problem running the net here. Net download speed has now increased to .37 Mbps, which was earlier around the 6-7 mbps.
