Sir, i have purchased the mobile hand set model no-lenovo k6 note. After 7 month it having touch problem. It seems to be a manufacture defect as the display of mobile hand set is not displaying the functions properly. Therefore I request you to connect me to Dealer or Service center to repair/replace my mobile hand set and save my inconvenience.

Its very disappointed to me that my lenovo smartphone K6 Note became some problem (touch screen). to take it i went to lenovo service centre shah market agra. there a worker Named Manoj behave with me very ruffly and told me that why you purchase this very cheap and third class company (lenovo) product. I become shocked totally. when i said to them to solved out the smartphone problem. on that he said to me that to solved out this problem may be one week. after one week again i went to above service centre of lenovo . once agian above worker Manoj said to me that your smart phone not ready.it take one week again. when i ask why he once again repleat your talk which is done with me and Many more.

I was shocked that he said that he don't have new touch scrren at service centre and will take 10 days to change the touch screen again. Is this the way LENOVO satisfied their customer. Anyways, I need my handset back by Monday 17th July 2017 anyhow.

Seriously very bad service within1 year the cell has show defect n try to have good impression on ur customers the is really bad service plz improve ur facilities n service n also sell good product not the defective ones.

My lenovo k3 note is in warranty period. recently i visited a service centre for display problem. they r charging me rs.160 for any service opening the back case and full charge to repair the display. how could they charge me for this problem when my phone is in warranty period?

Hi, i am vaibhav. i had purchase a lenovo k3 note. in sep 2016, before 2 months my phone phone had some problems of display, touch and hangs etc. last month i visit in ghatkopar service center. but they told me your phone have miner scratch , for that resion the phone are made this problems. sorry we can not do any help for you.

I had told that, but this scratch are made in december then how can you say day that for that reason the phone this problem are made. plz reply me and change my touch pad of mobile

Sir, I had purchased the Mobile hand set Vibe Lenovo K5 Note, IMEI-863448036478094, on 18th April 2017 from flipkart. However, after 1 month the mobile hand set is not functions properly. Therefore, I had given to repair at service center & they have change the mother board after 15 days. & after that there is problem of touchpad & they replace the touchpad after 25 days & now there is problem of battery & speaker.so that I have given for the repair to service centre & they said for the replacement of ringer & battery. It seems to be a manufacture defect as I am facing lot many problems with my phone like phone hangs up often, heating problem, battery problem, hearing problem, automatic call cut and automatic mute, speaker problem, etc. Therefore, I am request you to replace my mobile hand set and save my inconvenience.

I have brought 3 other mobile of Lenovo & I have good experience with your company product & service also.

I am looking forward you to hearing soon. So kindly replace the hand set Or give money back. Since I am facing too many issue with this product within warranty period & within 3 month of the mobile purchase & hardly I used only for the 1.5 month & for the remaining period it was with the service centre for resolving the problem & it has wasted so much my time.

Service centre executive are not good I have my phone is in warranty period n the executive says your phone cannot be repair. I am facing too much problem in Lenovo phones my advice to not to use this company phone problem occurred in few months service are poor then poor....Switching.

I am from Barrackpore, Kolkata. I purchased vibe k5 from Amazon from last year's 23rd September.. For the past 11 months I did not faced any problems with my device. But recently I noticed that the battery of that device is draining rapidly. So I consulted with the service center situated at barrackpore "syscomp electra". they at first updated the operating system from Android 5.1 to 5.1.1. The phone does not have any physical damage so I didn't have to pay. But a new problem started after 3 days update.. that was SIM 2 NOT SHOWING. I had tried a lot to solve the problem but all failed, so I went to that bloody service center again. They gave me the device after 3 working days. I checked the device in front of them and that was OK I'm that time but the very sad that I faced same problem when I came back to home. THE SIM 2 AGAIN NOT SHOWING.... WITH SOME ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS "BATTERY PROFUSELY AUTO DRAINING AND AUTO HEATING". THESE ALL WERE HAPPENS TO MY DEVICE AFTER THE SERVICING. then I changed my decision and I had called to the customer care and they suggested me to go to the authorised service center at kolkata. I went to chandni chawk Lenovo authorised service center yesterday. They told me they have to take the device for days. If any software related problems are found they will inform me after 2-3 working days or if any hardware related problems are found they will take 7-8 days.

Now tell me if all attempts fails or I get same experiences of problems may I get a replacement of the set or full cash back??????

My brother present me a Lenovo A6010 smart phone with his first salary. it's a wonderful phone but now it gives me little little mistakes like (headphones symbols, sometimes only vibration working, battery backup complaints, etc). Why I telling those reasons because this my brother's wishes, I can able to get a new but that's not problem. This is very important. I think you will give me favor, send me reply this thing is considered as a customer of a Lenovo.

I just have purchased lenovo k6 power. it does even have happen a month and dropped only once and the display has broken... bad display. It just dropped only 3 feet and the screen broke. it can't be like it mean while it is not durable phone.

My self Vijay Mohite Pune. I purchased lenovo P2 smartphone from Flipkart 5 month back but from last 15 days i faced a problem with phone the touch screen is not working properly. I go to Authorize service center in Hadapsar at my place but Mr. Rahul service center manger that told me touch screen part not available in Bangalore also replacement new phone also not available. He offering me other Moto M & Lenovo K8 note model this is mediatek processes not good compared to snapdragon 625.

Sir what is the benefits if lenovo service centers doesn't give service to the lenovo customer. pls give me solution for this defective phone, pls do my favour... Please available new phone lenovo p2 or Cash back option either kindly allow me other good option like Moto g5 plus phone.

I had purchased a mobile phone of Lenovo model name Lenovo Z2plus a month before. I had some issues regarding the touch and the working of the finger print scanner provided along with the phone. I gave it for the service as to get my phone checked on 6/11/17. Earlier the service centre people said the problem will be solved within a week. But it has been a month since I have not received my phone back and when asked people there give lame reasons and fake beliefs of getting my phone within a month. The service centre people are out of answers and tend to repeat old reasons and when asked why they behave as though they are not at all concerned. I have been visiting the service center alternate days and even now they have been irresponsible by giving vague answers. The information regarding my phone is written below:

I am purchased Lenovo mobile in 2016 and it's rate 9999 and automatically switched off and never been switched on. when I send Lenovo care firstly they look and after some time they said why are you check from other shop then I request take charge of repairing they said never repaired. it's mean Lenovo's mobile products are use and throw, no maintenance.

I got my phone by march 2016 and in September there was display problem in 6 months. Again in December the sim card slot got damaged.

Boriwali service center claims the network cable is duplicate and i have not repaired my cell from Local shop.does lenovo Provides fake instruments? I have to pay 2000 for it within 8 months. due to simple dent on cell it is not accepted in Warranty.

WHAT A THIRD CLASS SERVICE DOES LENOVO PROVIDE AND SUCH FAKE PHONES.

I have touch screen problem and i have warranty too. On the screen top edge it has small little bit scratch... it sooo little but in service center they said warranty not applicable to this product. Now what can i do? before that the screen already had a gap between screen and device. Give the answer please.

My phone display got blurred​ and Showing lines. It is not broken from any where but there is a small scratch on the side plastic of the screen which is not the part of the display. I went to noida service centre for replacement of the screen. Because of that scratch your staff is asking for charges where it should be free replacement, as my phone is under warranty till January. It is a very tiny wear and tear which can happens to any mobile which is 10 months old.

We have bought 3-4 mobiles of lenovo and motorola in last 4years, we are the loyal customer of lenovo and motorola. But with this type of services which are troubling us, I think we have take another alternative. If there is a technical problem in your product, you should take care of that problem and cater your customers wisely.

One of my friend had the problem in her Lenovo mobile screen where her mobile came under motorcycle. There were many scratch on the screen and your staff had replaced the screen without any trouble. My screen is clean and not broken but you people still troubling me. This is very disappointed. Request you, asap please look into the matter and get it replaced.
