Please give me mobile replacement or cash refund. Urgently.
My self Vijay Mohite Pune. I purchased lenovo P2 smartphone from Flipkart 5 month back but from last 15 days i faced a problem with phone the touch screen is not working properly. I go to Authorize service center in Hadapsar at my place but Mr. Rahul service center manger that told me touch screen part not available in Bangalore also replacement new phone also not available. He offering me other Moto M & Lenovo K8 note model this is mediatek processes not good compared to snapdragon 625.

Sir what is the benefits if lenovo service centers doesn't give service to the lenovo customer. pls give me solution for this defective phone, pls do my favour... Please available new phone lenovo p2 or Cash back option either kindly allow me other good option like Moto g5 plus phone.

hi sir my lenovo k6 power phone' has some volte issue, bcoz of this i can't even make a call.what should I do I have tried every tricks that showed here but its not working. pls give an appropriate way to overcome this issue.

Its touch is not working.... We went to service centre of lenovo company so they are not accepted what we can do for it.

I had purchased a mobile phone of Lenovo model name Lenovo Z2plus a month before. I had some issues regarding the touch and the working of the finger print scanner provided along with the phone. I gave it for the service as to get my phone checked on 6/11/17. Earlier the service centre people said the problem will be solved within a week. But it has been a month since I have not received my phone back and when asked people there give lame reasons and fake beliefs of getting my phone within a month. The service centre people are out of answers and tend to repeat old reasons and when asked why they behave as though they are not at all concerned. I have been visiting the service center alternate days and even now they have been irresponsible by giving vague answers. The information regarding my phone is written below:

I got my phone by march 2016 and in September there was display problem in 6 months. Again in December the sim card slot got damaged.

Boriwali service center claims the network cable is duplicate and i have not repaired my cell from Local shop.does lenovo Provides fake instruments? I have to pay 2000 for it within 8 months. due to simple dent on cell it is not accepted in Warranty.

I have touch screen problem and i have warranty too. On the screen top edge it has small little bit scratch... it sooo little but in service center they said warranty not applicable to this product. Now what can i do? before that the screen already had a gap between screen and device. Give the answer please.

My phone display got blurred​ and Showing lines. It is not broken from any where but there is a small scratch on the side plastic of the screen which is not the part of the display. I went to noida service centre for replacement of the screen. Because of that scratch your staff is asking for charges where it should be free replacement, as my phone is under warranty till January. It is a very tiny wear and tear which can happens to any mobile which is 10 months old.

We have bought 3-4 mobiles of lenovo and motorola in last 4years, we are the loyal customer of lenovo and motorola. But with this type of services which are troubling us, I think we have take another alternative. If there is a technical problem in your product, you should take care of that problem and cater your customers wisely.

One of my friend had the problem in her Lenovo mobile screen where her mobile came under motorcycle. There were many scratch on the screen and your staff had replaced the screen without any trouble. My screen is clean and not broken but you people still troubling me. This is very disappointed. Request you, asap please look into the matter and get it replaced.

I purchased Lenovo K3 Note (Black) X000JJ3CDH serial no.869737027738787 vide invoice no.RJ-SJAB-162799401-4446 DT.02/12/2016. This phone was stolen on 17/12/2017 for which I have logged an FIR with Delhi Police. FIR no.2610880/2017 dt.17/12/2017.

The IMEI no. for this phone is 869737027738779( Slot 1) & 869737027738787(Slot2). I request you to kindly erase all the data on this phone & disable this phone so that it may not be used by anyone.

Also let me know if I can get a insurance claim for this phone. If yes how.

It is also hanging. just within 1 year the phone has been showing the symptoms of hanging also lagging. speakers not properly working. some type of disturbance has been creating.

I Asis Nandi had purchased Lenovo vibe K5 plus mobile on 31/12/2016 from flipkart. I am filling much trouble since three months about signalling problem. Almost all the time no network shows in my mobile. From last week always shows no network. I went to service centre at Krishnanagar Nodia. Service engineer said that liquid damage at charging point. It will not repair free of cost. I shall wait for your response.

I bought Lenovo A7000-a smartphone in 2015 at Indian RS.10000/- from Trivandrum, after that the company gave update from Lollipop system to Marshmallow, but the company till now not give any updation to enable VoLTE. In the same time, hardware of VoLTE inside the device ,it is shameful. Now a days cheapest phones 1/3rd of this price having great performance with VoLTE facilities. So please take further steps to enable VoLTE , thanks.

I had purchased the mobile LENOVO-K8 BLACK MODEL XT-1902-03,IMEI-864510033296891,on 21st DEC 2017.but from the 3rd week of January 2018,the mobile is been over heating ,battery draining and i had lost all my data's. Iam an Airport Staff and the use of mobile is so needy and necessary. therefore i had visited the shop Techno Trade Retail service PVT LTD, door no.40/2908, Penta menaga , Ground Floor, Ernakulam -682031 ( Phone no.9400477771), Bill invoice no. 8B/ALP/32381 from where I had purchased the mobile. They had suggested me to either replace or to send the mobile to the authorized lenovo service center as the warranty period has not been expired.

Therefore I visited Lenovo Authorized Service center at 31/738,B3 Vyttila Thammanam Road, Kochi (Phone no.0484 4013051/4013052). And the software has been replaced by them. Again on the next day I went to them with the same problem and since now the problem had not been solved. I had visited the service center about 3 times. Today (2nd July 2018) I handover my mobile to the same service center (service number: SOIN0233761807020011).

Therefore I request you to to directly contact the dealer or me regarding the replacement of mobile or refund of the amount.
